باب: وضو میں چہرہ دھوتے وقت انگلیوں سے داڑھی میں خلال کرنا

Chapter: The recommendation of taking fresh water for wiping the head, other than the remaining moisture on the hands

باب: سر کے مسح کے لیے ہاتھوں پر باقی رہ جانے والی نمی کے علاوہ تازہ پانی لینے کی سفارش

بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ تَجْدِيدِ حَمْلِ الْمَاءِ لِمَسْحِ الرَّأْسِ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ بَلَلِ الْيَدَيْنِ

Chapter: The recommendation of wiping the head with both hands together so as to cover the whole head more thoroughly, the description of the wiping, and starting from the front of the head before the back in wiping

باب: سارے سر کو زیادہ اچھی طرح ڈھانپنے کے لیے دونوں ہاتھوں سے مل کر سر کا مسح کرنے کی سفارش، مسح کے طریقے کا بیان، اور مسح میں سر کے آگے سے شروع کرنا پیچھے سے پہلے

Chapter: Wiping the entire head during ablution

باب: وضو میں سارے سر کا مسح کرنا

بَابُ مَسْحِ جَمِيعِ الرَّأْسِ فِي الْوُضُوءِ

Chapter: Mentioning the evidence that the two ankles to which the one performing ablution is commanded to wash the feet are the two protruding bones on the sides of the foot, not the small protruding bone on the top of the foot, as is imagined by those who affect cleverness among those who understand neither knowledge nor the Arabic language

باب: اس دلیل کا ذکر کہ جن دو ٹخنوں تک پاؤں دھونے کا حکم وضو کرنے والے کو دیا گیا ہے وہ پاؤں کے دونوں اطراف میں ابھرے ہوئے دونوں ہڈیاں ہیں، نہ کہ پاؤں کے اوپر ابھری چھوٹی ہڈی، جیسا کہ ان لوگوں کا خیال ہے جو دانائی کا اظہار کرتے ہیں مگر نہ علم سمجھتے ہیں نہ عربی زبان

بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْكَعْبَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ أُمِرَ الْمُتَوَضِّئُ بِغَسْلِ الرِّجْلَيْنِ إِلَيْهِمَا الْعَظْمَانِ النَّاتِئَانِ فِي جَانِبَيِ الْقَدَمِ لَا الْعَظْمُ الصَّغِيرُ النَّاتِئُ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْقَدَمِ، عَلَى مَا يَتَوَهَّمُهُ مَنْ يَتَحَذْلَقُ مِمَّنْ لَا يَفْهَمُ الْعِلْمَ، وَلَا لُغَةَ الْعَرَبِ

باب: وضو میں ایڑیوں کو دھونے میں کوتاہی کرنے پر سختی

باب: وضو میں پاؤں کے تلووں کو دھونے میں کوتاہی کرنے پر سختی

بَابُ التَّغْلِيظِ فِي تَرْكِ غَسْلِ بُطُونِ الْأَقْدَامِ فِي الْوُضُوءِ،

Chapter: Mentioning the evidence that wiping over the feet is not permissible, contrary to what the Rafidah and the Kharijites claim

باب: اس دلیل کا ذکر کہ پاؤں پر مسح کرنا جائز نہیں، خلاف اس کے جو روافض اور خوارج کا دعویٰ ہے

بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَسْحَ عَلَى الْقَدَمَيْنِ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ، لَا كَمَا زَعَمَتِ الرَّوَافِضُ، وَالْخَوَارِجُ

Chapter: Mentioning the clarification that Allah, Mighty and Exalted, commanded the washing of the feet in His saying: "and your feet to the ankles" [the verse], not wiping them, contrary to what the Rafidah and the Kharijites claim

باب: اس وضاحت کا ذکر کہ اللہ عز و جل نے اپنے قول "اور تمہارے پاؤں ٹخنوں تک" [آیت] میں پاؤں دھونے کا حکم دیا ہے، نہ کہ ان پر مسح کرنے کا، خلاف اس کے جو روافض اور خوارج کا دعویٰ ہے
