From Abd al-Warith ibn Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith al-Anbari, my father told me, from Hammad, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Abu Rafi’, on the authority of my father Hurairah, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The servant continues in prayer as long as he is in his place of prayer waiting for prayer. The angels say: O God, forgive. O God, have mercy on him, as long as he does not leave or speak.” They said: What is happening? He said: “He breaks his mouth or breaks his throat.” Abu Bakr said: And this word: to break or to fart, is of the type that says that mentioning them is for a reason, because they are each one. From both of them alone, the purity of the one who performs ablution is invalidated, and everything that invalidates the purity of the one who performs ablution by all of the impurities, its ruling is the same as these two ritual impurities. This is of the type that I told some of our companions that it is a reasoned piece of news with which it is permissible to compare something similar to it in a ruling. If simile and impersonation were not permissible based on the narrations of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, as some of those who disagreed with us imagined, then the person who urinated would be in a cup. Or a flask, and the one who defecates in a basin, or a basin, if he sits in the mosque waiting for prayer, will have the reward of the one praying, and the one who performs hadith if If a wind comes out of it, he does not get the reward of a person praying, and if he sits in the mosque after the wind comes out of it, he will wait for prayer. And whoever understands knowledge and has reason He was not stubborn, nor was he arrogant out of heedlessness. He knew that his statement: “He breaks his fast or breaks his lungs,” but he meant that immorality and farting invalidated the purity of the one who performed ablution. And the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not give the one who was waiting for prayer after these two events the virtue of the one praying, because he had not performed ablution, so all The person waiting for prayer is sitting in the mosque and is not completely pure, and the prayer is sufficient for him, so his ruling is the same as the ruling on someone from whom a wind came out that nullified his purity.
