حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَنَحْنُ بِمِنًى: نَحْنُ نَازِلُونَ غَدًا الْخَيْفَ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ" ، قَالَ لَنَا بُنْدَارٌ: حِينَ تَقَاسَمُوا، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ: حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ، وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ قُرَيْشًا وَكِنَانَةَ تَحَالَفُوا عَلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، وَبَنِي الْمُطَّلِبِ أَنْ لا يُنَاكِحُوهُمْ، وَلا يُبَايِعُوهُمْ حَتَّى يُسَلِّمُوا إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الْمُحَصَّبَ."

** Narrated to us Abu 'Ammar Husayn ibn Hurayth, narrated to us al-Walid ibn Muslim, narrated to me al-Awza'i, narrated to me al-Zuhri, narrated to me Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, narrated to me Abu Hurayrah (RA) who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to us while we were in **Mina**: *"We shall be staying tomorrow at al-Khayf of Banu Kinanah."* Bundar said: *"When they took an oath, it was only at the place where they took an oath upon disbelief. That was when Quraysh and Kinanah made a pact against Banu Hashim and Banu al-Muttalib that they would not marry them nor deal with them until they surrendered the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to them."* This refers to **al-Muhassab**.

ابو عمار حسین بن حریث نے ہمیں بتایا، ولید بن مسلم نے ہمیں بتایا، اوزاعی نے مجھے بتایا، زہری نے مجھے بتایا، ابو سلمہ بن عبدالرحمن نے مجھے بتایا، ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بتایا، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہم سے کہا جبکہ ہم منی میں تھے: "ہم کل خیف بنی کنانہ میں اتریں گے۔" بندر نے کہا: جب انہوں نے معاہدہ کیا، اور اصل بات یہ ہے: جہاں انہوں نے کفر پر معاہدہ کیا، اور یہ اس لیے کہ قریش اور کنانہ نے بنی ہاشم اور بنی مطلب پر معاہدہ کیا تھا کہ نہ ان سے شادی کریں گے، نہ تجارت کریں گے، نہ ان کو پناہ دیں گے، جب تک وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو ان کے ہवाले نہ کر دیں۔

حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بِمِثْلِهِ، حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: أَنْ لا تُنَاكِحُوهُمْ، وَلا يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُسْلِمُوا إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ، وَيُونُسُ: حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ، وَقَالَ بَحْرٌ: حِينَ أَقْسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ.

** Narrated to us Yunus ibn 'Abd al-A'la and Muhammad ibn Nasr (may Allah have mercy on them), both said: Narrated to us Bishr ibn Bukayr, narrated to us al-Awza'i, narrated to me Ibn Shihab, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said something similar to the following: Narrated to us al-Rabi', narrated to us Bishr ibn Bakr, he informed me al-Awza'i, from Ibn Shihab, similarly except that they said: "Do not marry them, and let there be no dealings between them and you until they send to them the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)." Al-Rabi' and Yunus said: "Where they took an oath upon disbelief." Bishr said: "When they swore upon disbelief."

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مذکورہ بالا روایت کی مثل بیان کرتے ہیں۔ اس میں یہ الفاظ ہیں انھوں نے آپس میں قسمیں اُٹھائیں کہ وہ بنی ہاشم اور بنی مطلب سے رشتہ داریاں نہیں کریںگے اور نہ ان کے ساتھ کوئی اور معاملہ کریںگے حتّیٰ کہ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ان کے دشمنوں کے حوالے کردیں جناب ربیع اور یونس کی روایت میں ہے کہ انھوں نے آپس میں کفر پر قسمیں کھائیں، جناب بحر کی روایت میں ہے کہ جب انھوں نے کفر پر قسمیں اُٹھائیں۔
