ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شِمْرٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، وَعَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْهَرُ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ بِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ فِي فَاتِحَةِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَيَقْنُتُ فِي صَلاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَالْوِتْرِ، وَيُكَبِّرُ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ مِنْ قَبْلِ صَلاةِ الْفَجْرِ غَدَاةَ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى صَلاةِ الْعَصْرِ آخِرَ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ، يَوْمَ دَفْعَةِ النَّاسِ الْعُظْمَى " ."

Abu Tufail, Sayyidna Ali bin Abu Talib and Sayyidna Ammar bin Yasir, may Allah be pleased with them, narrate this that they cursed the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he used to recite Bismillah along with Surah Al-Fatiha in the obligatory prayer, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to recite the dua of Qunut in the Fajr prayer and in the Witr prayer, and he used to recite the Dua of Qunut in the Fajr prayer and in the Witr prayer, and during the days of Tashreeq, from the beginning of the Fajr prayer on the day of Arafah to the days of Tashreeq. On the last day till Asr prayer, on which day people leave in large numbers, they recite Takbeer after every fard prayer.

ابوطفیل ‘ سیدنا علی بن ابوطالب اور سیدنا عماربن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ کے بارے میں یہ بات بیان کرتے ہیں ان دونوں حضرات نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کوسنا کہ آپ فرض نماز میں سورہ فاتحہ کے ساتھ بسم اللہ پڑھا کرتے تھے ‘ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فجر کی نماز میں اور وتر کی نماز میں دعائے قنوت پڑھا کرتے تھے اور آپ ایام تشریق میں عرفہ کے دن کی صبح کی فجر کی نماز کے پہلے سے لے کر ایام تشریق کے آخری دن عصر کی نماز تک جس دن لوگ بڑی تعداد میں روانہ ہوتے ہیں ‘ ہر فرض نماز کے بعد تکبیر پڑھا کرتے ہیں۔
