Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) narrates: The Prophet (PBUH) said: O Banu Abd al-Muttalib (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words) O Banu Abd Manaf, do not stop anyone who is performing Tawaf of this House of Allah (or near it), because the morning prayer is not a prayer until the sun rises, and after the Asr prayer, there is no prayer until the sun sets. However, the order near this house in Mecca is different. (Here) people can circumambulate (at these times) and pray.

سیدنا عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں: نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اے بنوعبدالمطلب (راوی کو شک ہے، شاید یہ الفاظ ہیں) اے بنوعبدمناف، اس بیت اللہ کا طواف کرنے والے (یا اس کے قریب) نماز ادا کرنے والے کسی بھی شخص کو تم نہ روکنا، کیونکہ صبح کی نماز سورج نکلنے تک کوئی نماز نہیں ہوتی، اور عصر کی نماز کے بعد سورج غروب ہونے تک کوئی نماز نہیں ہوتی، البتہ مکہ میں اس گھر کے پاس کا حکم مختلف ہے، (یہاں) لوگ (ان اوقت میں) طواف بھی کرسکتے ہیں، اور نماز بھی پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔
