حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مُلَيْكٍ الْعَدَنِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الطُّفَيْلِ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ، أَوْ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَهُوَ لَيَسْتَلِمُ بِمِحْجَنِهِ، وَيُقَبِّلُ طَرَفَ الْمِحْجَنِ"""

Narrated to us Saʿīd ibn ʿAbdillāh ibn ʿAbdil-Ḥakam: narrated to us Ḥafṣ—meaning ibn ʿUmar al-ʿAdanī: narrated to us Yazīd ibn Mulaik al-ʿAdanī: narrated to us Abū Ṭufail (RA), who said: *"I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performing Tawāf around the House upon his camel or riding beast, while he was touching the Corner [al-Rukn al-Yamānī] with his staff [miḥjan], and then kissing the tip of the staff."* **CHAPTER:**

سعید بن عبداللہ بن عبدالحکم نے ہمیں بتایا، حفص یعنی ابن عمر عدنی نے ہمیں بتایا، یزید بن ملیک عدنی نے ہمیں بتایا، ابو الطفیل (رضی اللہ عنہ) نے بتایا، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے اللہ کے رسول (ﷺ) کو دیکھا کہ وہ اپنے اونٹ پر سوار ہو کر بیت اللہ کا طواف کر رہے ہیں، اور وہ اپنے عصا سے استلام کرتے تھے اور عصا کے سرے کو چومتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي خَرَّبُوذَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطُّفَيْلِ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَطُوفُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ، وَيَسْتَلِمُ الأَرْكَانَ بِمِحْجَنِهِ"، قَالَ:" وَأُرَاهُ يُقَبِّلُ طَرَفَ الْمِحْجَنِ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّفَا فَطَافَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ"""

Narrated to us Ahmad ibn Sa‘īd al-Dārimī: narrated to us Abū ‘Āṣim, on the authority of Abū Kharrbūdh, who said: Abū al-Ṭufayl narrated to me, saying: “I saw the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) circumambulating the House upon his riding animal, and he would touch the Corners with his staff. He said: ‘And I saw him kiss the end of the staff, then he went out to al-Ṣafā and circumambulated upon his riding animal.’” **CHAPTER:**
