بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ سَبَبِهَا اسْوَدَّ الْحَجَرُ، وَصِفَةِ نُزُولِهِ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا سَوَّدَتْهُ خَطَايَا بَنِي آدَمَ، إِذْ كَانَ عِنْدَ نُزُولِهِ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ أَشَدَّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ الثَّلْجِ

Chapter: Mention of the reason the Stone turned black, the description of its descent from Paradise, and the evidence that it was only blackened by the sins of the children of Adam, since at its descent from Paradise it was whiter than snow

باب: اس سبب کا ذکر جس کی بنا پر حجر سیاہ ہوا، جنت سے اس کے نازل ہونے کی کیفیت کا بیان، اور اس دلیل کا ذکر کہ یہ صرف بنی آدم کے گناہوں کی وجہ سے سیاہ ہوا، کیونکہ جنت سے نازل ہوتے وقت یہ برف سے بھی زیادہ سفید تھا
