حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ الأَبْقَعُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْحِدْأَةُ"""

Narrated to us Muhammad ibn Bashshar Bundar, narrated to us Muhammad ibn Ja'far, narrated to us Shu'bah who said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from 'Aishah (RA), from the Prophet (ﷺ), who said: "Five are to be killed even in the state of Ihram (sacredness) and outside it: the snake, the speckled crow, the mouse, the rabid dog, and the kite." **CHAPTER:**

محمد بن بشار بندر نے ہمیں بتایا، محمد بن جعفر نے ہمیں بتایا، شعیبہ نے ہمیں بتایا کہ: میں نے قتادہ کو سننا جو سعيد بن المسیب سے، عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے، نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے تھے، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "پانچ چیزیں فاسق ہیں، انہیں حل اور حرم دونوں حالات میں مارنا جائز ہے: سانپ، ابلق کوا، چوہا، کتا کتبا، اور چیل (شکار کرنے والا پرندہ)۔""
