نا أَبُو زُهَيْرٍ عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نا الْمُقْرِئُ ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ وَهُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ نَوْفَلٍ يَتِيمُ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَيَمْسَحُ الْمَاءَ عَلَى رِجْلَيْهِ" . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: خَبَرُ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ"

We are Abu Zuhayr Abdul Majeed bin Ibrahim Al-Masry, we are Al-Muqri, we are Saeed bin Abi Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Al-Aswad, who is Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman, the client of the Nawfal family, the orphan of Urwa ibn al-Zubayr, on the authority of Abbad ibn Tamim, on the authority of his father, he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: “He performs ablution and wipes the water over his feet.” Abu Bakr said: Useful news, on the authority of Ibn Omar, on this topic.

عباد بن تمیم اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں، وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو وضو کرتے اور اپنے دونوں پاؤں قدموں پر پانی سے مسح کرتے ہوئے ديکھا۔ امام ابوبکر رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہيں کہ نافع کی سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روايت اسی باب سے ہے۔
