Yaqoub Al-Dawrqi told us, Mu’tamar told us, on the authority of Khaled, on the authority of Abdullah, who is the son of a brother, on the authority of Aisha, she said: I did not see The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “never prayed the forenoon prayer unless he came back from a journey and prayed two rak’ahs.” Abu Bakr said: Ibn Umar reported from the same type that I know of in more than one place in our books that the informant and the witness who must be accepted His experience and testimony is the one who informs about seeing a thing, hearing it, or its being, not the one who denies the thing, rather the scholars say: So-and-so did not do it. Such-and-such, and such-and-such was not based on tolerance and leniency in speech. Rather, what they want is that so-and-so did not do such-and-such according to my knowledge, and that such-and-such was not my knowledge. Ibn Umar only meant that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not pray the forenoon prayer unless he came from an absence, that is, I did not see him pray, and he did not tell me trustworthy. He used to pray the Duha prayer unless he came back from his absence, and this is the story of Aisha, narrated by Khams bin Al-Hasan and Al-Jariri all together, on the authority of Abd Allah Ibn Shaqiq said: I said to Aisha: Did the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, pray the noon prayer? She said: “No, unless he comes from the past.” Al-Dawrqi narrated to us, Uthman bin Omar narrated to us, on the authority of Khams, H, and Salam bin Junada narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of Khams, H, narrated to us Bundar, Salem bin Nuh narrated to us, Al-Jariri narrated to us, and Ya’qub Al-Dawraqi narrated to us, Ibn Ulayya narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Jariri. Abu Bakr said: This word that is in the report is like a whisper, and Al-Jariri is of the same type that I knew she spoke about forgiveness. And leniency, but its meaning is what they said in the news of Khaled al-Adha: I did not see the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, praying, and the evidence for the authenticity of what I interpreted that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, had prayed the Duha prayer on a day other than the day on which he was returning from his absence. I will mention these reports. In its place in this book, God willing, the news that must be accepted and judged by is the news of one who knows that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the Duha prayer. There is no news of who. He said: He did not pray.
