Ahmad narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yazid al-Asfati narrated to us, he said: Safwan ibn Hubayrah narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn al-Musayyab al-Bajali al-Qadi narrated to us from al-Shabi, from al-Ashath ibn Qays who said: I once bought my oath for seventy thousand, because I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: Whoever severs a Muslim's right by an oath meets Allah the Mighty and Majestic while He is angry with him.

ہمیں احمد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں محمد بن یزید اسفاطی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں صفوان بن ہبیرہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں عیسیٰ بن مسیب بجلی قاضی نے شعبی سے، انہوں نے اشعث بن قیس سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ایک بار اپنی قسم ستر ہزار میں خریدی، اس لیے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: جو قسم کھا کر کسی مسلمان کا حق کاٹے وہ اللہ عزوجل سے اس حال میں ملے گا کہ وہ اس پر ناراض ہوگا۔

With the same chain: Isa narrated to us from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abdullah ibn Masud from his father, from Abdullah ibn Masud from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: Four matters of the son of Adam are decreed: his form, his character, his lifespan and his provision.

اسی سند سے: ہمیں عیسیٰ نے قاسم بن عبد الرحمن بن عبد اللہ بن مسعود سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن مسعود سے، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیا کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ابن آدم کے لیے چار چیزیں طے شدہ ہیں: اس کی صورت، اس کا اخلاق، اس کی عمر اور اس کا رزق۔

With the same chain: Isa narrated to us from Atiyyah al-Awfi, from Abi Said al-Khudri who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was praying when a Bedouin passed with his milking animal, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gestured to him but he did not understand. Umar called to him: O Bedouin, behind you. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished, he said: Who spoke? They said: Umar. He said: He has no understanding of this. No one narrated these hadiths from Isa except Safwan.

اسی سند سے: ہمیں عیسیٰ نے عطیہ عوفی سے، انہوں نے ابو سعید خدری سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ رہے تھے کہ ایک اعرابی اپنے دودھ والے جانور کے ساتھ گزرا، نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے اشارہ کیا مگر وہ نہ سمجھا۔ عمر نے اسے پکارا: اے اعرابی، پیچھے ہٹ۔ جب نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سلام پھیرا تو فرمایا: بولنے والا کون ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: عمر۔ آپ نے فرمایا: اسے اس کی سمجھ نہیں۔ ان حدیثوں کو عیسیٰ سے صفوان کے سوا کسی نے روایت نہیں کیا۔

Ahmad narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sakan narrated to us, he said: Rayhan ibn Said narrated to us, he said: Ararah ibn al-Birind narrated to us, he said: Rawh ibn al-Qasim narrated to us from Asim ibn Bahdalah from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, from Abdullah ibn Masud who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When three are together, two should not converse privately to the exclusion of the third, for that grieves him; and a woman should not describe another woman to her husband as if he were looking at her; and whoever severs a Muslim man's wealth by his oath meets Allah the Exalted while He is angry with him. No one narrated this hadith from Ararah except Rayhan; Yahya ibn Muhammad alone narrated it.

ہمیں احمد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں یحییٰ بن محمد بن سکن نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں ریحان بن سعید نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں عرعرہ بن برند نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں روح بن قاسم نے عاصم بن بہدلہ سے، انہوں نے زر بن حبیش سے، انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن مسعود سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تین جمع ہوں تو دو تیسرے کو چھوڑ کر سرگوشی نہ کریں، کیونکہ یہ اسے غمگین کرتا ہے، اور عورت اپنے شوہر کے سامنے کسی عورت کا حلیہ نہ بیان کرے گویا وہ اسے دیکھ رہا ہو، اور جو اپنی قسم سے کسی مسلمان کا مال کاٹے وہ اللہ تعالیٰ سے اس حال میں ملے گا کہ وہ اس پر ناراض ہوگا۔ اس حدیث کو عرعرہ سے ریحان کے سوا کسی نے روایت نہیں کیا، یحییٰ بن محمد نے اس میں تفرد کیا۔
