Surat ul Aala · سورة الأعلى
بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ سَبِّحِ اسۡمَ رَبِّکَ الۡاَعۡلَی ۙ﴿۱﴾ الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ فَسَوّٰی ۪ۙ﴿۲﴾ وَ الَّذِیۡ قَدَّرَ فَہَدٰی ۪ۙ﴿۳﴾ وَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَخۡرَجَ الۡمَرۡعٰی ۪ۙ﴿۴﴾ فَجَعَلَہٗ غُثَآءً اَحۡوٰی ؕ﴿۵﴾ سَنُقۡرِئُکَ فَلَا تَنۡسٰۤی ۙ﴿۶﴾ اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ اللّٰہُ ؕ اِنَّہٗ یَعۡلَمُ الۡجَہۡرَ وَ مَا یَخۡفٰی ؕ﴿۷﴾ وَ نُیَسِّرُکَ لِلۡیُسۡرٰی ۚ﴿ۖ۸﴾ فَذَکِّرۡ اِنۡ نَّفَعَتِ الذِّکۡرٰی ؕ﴿۹﴾ سَیَذَّکَّرُ مَنۡ یَّخۡشٰی ﴿ۙ۱۰﴾ وَ یَتَجَنَّبُہَا الۡاَشۡقَی ﴿ۙ۱۱﴾ الَّذِیۡ یَصۡلَی النَّارَ الۡکُبۡرٰی ﴿ۚ۱۲﴾ ثُمَّ لَا یَمُوۡتُ فِیۡہَا وَ لَا یَحۡیٰی ﴿ؕ۱۳﴾ قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ مَنۡ تَزَکّٰی ﴿ۙ۱۴﴾ وَ ذَکَرَ اسۡمَ رَبِّہٖ فَصَلّٰی ﴿ؕ۱۵﴾ بَلۡ تُؤۡثِرُوۡنَ الۡحَیٰوۃَ الدُّنۡیَا ﴿۱۶﴾۫ ۖ وَ الۡاٰخِرَۃُ خَیۡرٌ وَّ اَبۡقٰی ﴿ؕ۱۷﴾ اِنَّ ہٰذَا لَفِی الصُّحُفِ الۡاُوۡلٰی ﴿ۙ۱۸﴾ صُحُفِ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ وَ مُوۡسٰی ﴿۱۹﴾٪
—In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
1Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High,
2Who created and proportioned
3And Who destined and [then] guided
4And who brings out the pasture
5And [then] makes it black stubble.
6We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget,
7Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.
8And We will ease you toward ease.
9So remind, if the reminder should benefit;
10He who fears [ Allah ] will be reminded.
11But the wretched one will avoid it -
12[He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire,
13Neither dying therein nor living.
14He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself
15And mentions the name of his Lord and prays.
16But you prefer the worldly life,
17While the Hereafter is better and more enduring.
18Indeed, this is in the former scriptures,
19The scriptures of Abraham and Moses.
