3734 - And it has been narrated from Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, concerning the statement of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: (And complete Hajj and Umra for Allah). He said: Completing them is to enter ihram for them from the vicinity of your family. Ibn Marzuq narrated to us of that, he said: Wahb narrated to us, from Shuba, from Amr ibn Murra, from Abdullah ibn Salima, from Ali, may Allah be pleased with him. Since in qiran there is advancing the ihram for Hajj before the time in which one enters ihram in tamattu, qiran is better than tamattu. And all that we have established and authenticated in this chapter is the statement of Abu Hanifa, Abu Yusuf, and Muhammad, may Allah the Exalted have mercy upon them.

3734 - اور علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے اللہ عزوجل کے قول: (اور حج اور عمرہ اللہ کے لیے پورا کرو) کے بارے میں روایت ہوئی۔ فرمایا: ان کا پورا کرنا یہ ہے کہ ان کا احرام اپنے گھر والوں کے قریب سے باندھو۔ ہم سے ابن مرزوق نے یہ بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے وہب نے بیان کیا، شعبہ سے، عمرو بن مرہ سے، عبد اللہ بن سلمہ سے، علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے۔ جب قران میں حج کے احرام کو اس وقت سے پہلے کرنا ہے جس میں تمتع میں احرام باندھا جاتا ہے، تو قران تمتع سے افضل ہوا، اور اس باب میں ہم نے جو ثابت اور صحیح کیا سب ابو حنیفہ اور ابو یوسف اور محمد رحمہم اللہ تعالیٰ کا قول ہے۔
