1674 - حَدَّثَنَا بَكَّارٌ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا أَبُو حُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا ، عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِاللَّيْلِ ، فَقَالَتْ : كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعِشَاءَ ثُمَّ يَتَجَوَّزُ بِرَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَقَدْ أَعَدَّ سِوَاكَهُ وَطَهُورَهُ فَيَبْعَثُهُ اللهُ لِمَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَبْعَثَهُ ، فَيَتَسَوَّكُ ، وَيَتَوَضَّأُ ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيُصَلِّي ثَمَانَ رَكَعَاتٍ يُسَوِّي بَيْنَهُنَّ فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ ، ثُمَّ يُوتِرُ بِالتَّاسِعَةِ . [1/281] فَلَمَّا أَسَنَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَخَذَهُ اللَّحْمُ ، جَعَلَ تِلْكَ الثَّمَانِيَ سِتًّا ، ثُمَّ يُوتِرُ بِالسَّابِعَةِ ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ يَقْرَأُ فِيهِمَا بِـ { قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ } وَ : { إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الأَرْضُ } . فَفِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الثَّمَانِي الَّتِي يُوتِرُ بِتَاسِعَتِهِنَّ أَرْبَعًا ، فَجَمِيعُ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً مِنْهَا الْوِتْرُ الَّذِي فَسَّرَهُ زُرَارَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا وَهُوَ ثَلَاثُ رَكَعَاتٍ لَا يُسَلِّمُ إِلَّا فِي آخِرِهِنَّ ، فَقَدْ صَحَّتْ رِوَايَةُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، وَثَابِتٌ عَلَى مَا ذَكَرْنَا .

1674 - Bakkar narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Hurrah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Sad ibn Hisham al-Ansari, that he asked Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at night, and she said: He would pray Isha, then lighten with two rakahs, having prepared his siwak and his purification; Allah would wake him for what He willed to wake him for, and he would use the siwak and perform ablution, then pray two rakahs, then stand and pray eight rakahs, equalizing them in recitation, then make witr with the ninth. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) aged and took on flesh, he made those eight six, then would make witr with the seventh, then pray two rakahs sitting, reciting in them: Say, O disbelievers, and: When the earth is shaken. In this hadith is that he would pray before the eight with which he makes odd with their ninth, four; all of that is thirteen rakahs, of them the witr which Zurarah explained, from Sad, from Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, and it is three rakahs, giving salam only at the end of them. The narration of Sad from Aishah is thus sound and firm upon what we mentioned.

1674 ۔ بکار نے ہم سے بیان کیا، کہا: ابو داؤد نے ہم سے بیان کیا، کہا: ابو حرہ نے ہم سے بیان کیا، حسن سے، سعد بن ہشام انصاری سے کہ انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے رات میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ عشاء پڑھتے پھر دو رکعتوں سے تخفیف کرتے، اور اپنا مسواک اور طہارت تیار رکھتے تو اللہ آپ کو جس کے لیے چاہتے اٹھاتے، تو آپ مسواک کرتے اور وضو کرتے، پھر دو رکعتیں پڑھتے، پھر کھڑے ہوتے اور آٹھ رکعتیں پڑھتے ان میں قراءت میں برابری کرتے، پھر نویں سے وتر کرتے۔ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بوڑھے ہوئے اور گوشت چڑھ گیا تو ان آٹھ کو چھ بنایا، پھر ساتویں سے وتر کرتے، پھر دو رکعتیں بیٹھ کر پڑھتے ان میں قل یا ایہا الکافرون اور اذا زلزلت الارض پڑھتے۔ اس حدیث میں ہے کہ آپ ان آٹھ سے پہلے جن کی نویں سے وتر کرتے تھے چار پڑھتے تھے، تو وہ سب تیرہ رکعتیں ہیں ان میں وہ وتر ہے جس کی زرارہ نے سعد سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے تفسیر کی اور وہ تین رکعتیں ہیں سلام صرف ان کے آخر میں، تو سعد کی عائشہ سے روایت صحیح ٹھہری اور جو ہم نے ذکر کیا اس پر ثابت ہے۔
