Na, na, Ibrahim bin Munqidh bin Abdullah Al-Khawlani, Ayoub bin Suwayd told us, Yunus bin Yazid told us, Al-Zuhri told me, Hamza bin Abdullah bin Omar told me, he said: Omar used to say in the mosque at the top of his voice: “Avoid idle talk in the mosque.” He said Abdullah bin Omar: “I spent the night in the mosque during the era of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I was a young single boy, and the dogs used to urinate And you come and turn around in the mosque, and they did not sprinkle any of that.” Abu Bakr said: This means urinating outside the mosque, and turning back and forth in the mosque after urinating.

حضرت حمزہ بن عبداللہ بن عمر سے روایت ہے وہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ مسجد میں بلند آواز سے فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ مسجد میں بے فائدہ باتیں کرنے سے اجتناب کرو۔ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے عہد مبارک میں مسجد میں رات گزارا کرتا تھا حالانکہ میں کنوارہ نوجوان تھا۔ اور کُتّے مسجد میں پیشاب کر دیا کرتے تھے اور مسجد میں آتے جاتے رہتے تھے اور وہ (صحابہ کرام) اس وجہ سے پانی نہیں چھڑکتے تھے۔ امام ابوبکر رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ (سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کا) مطلب یہ ہے کہ کُتّے مسجد سے باہر پیشاب کرتے تھے، پیشاب کرنے کے بعد وہ مسجد میں گھومتے رہتے تھے۔
