بَابُ الْخُشُوعِ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ إِذَا دَخَلَهَا الْمَرْءُ، وَالنَّظَرِ إِلَى مَوْضِعِ سُجُودِهِ إِلَى الْخُرُوجِ مِنْهَ

کعبہ میں داخل ہونے کے مستحب ہونے کا بیان، کیونکہ اس میں داخل ہونا ایک نیکی میں داخل ہونا ہے، اور اس سے نکلنا ایک گناہ سے نکلنا ہے، اور داخل ہونے والے کو معاف کر دیا جاتا ہے

باب اس بات کے ثبوت کا ذکر کہ بوڑھا شخص، اگر بڑھاپے کے بعد مال دار ہونے کی حالت میں مال حاصل کرے، یا اسلام کے بعد مال حاصل کرے، تو اس پر حج کی فرضیت لازم ہو جاتی ہے اگرچہ وہ خود حج کرنے کی طاقت نہ رکھتا ہو

بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الشَّيْخَ الْكَبِيرَ إِذَا اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا بَعْدَ كِبَرِ السِّنِّ وَهُوَ غَنِيٌّ، أَوِ اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ كَانَ فَرْضُ الْحَجِّ وَاجِبًا عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُسْتَطِيعٍ أَنْ يَحُجَّ بِنَفْسِهِ

باب اس شخص کی طرف سے حج کرنے کا بیان جس پر حج اسلام کی وجہ سے، یا مال کے مالک ہونے کی وجہ سے، یا دونوں کی وجہ سے فرض ہو چکا ہو، جبکہ وہ بڑھاپے کی وجہ سے جسمانی طور پر حج کرنے کی طاقت نہ رکھتا ہو
