نا بُنْدَارٌ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ . ح حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ، فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَخَرَجَ، فَقَالَ: أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" . وَقَالَ بُنْدَارٌ:" فَقَدْ خَالَفَ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ"""

We are Bundar, we are Muhammad bin Jafar. H. Amr bin Ali told us, from Yahya, meaning Ibn Sa’id, they said: Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Muhajir, on the authority of Abu Al-Sha’atha’ Al-Muharbibi. He said: We were with Abu Hurairah in the mosque, and a muezzin called the call to prayer, then a man got up and came out and said: “As for this man, he has disobeyed Abu al-Qasim, may God bless him and grant him peace.” “Peace be upon him.” Bundar said: “He disagreed with Abu al-Qasim, may God bless him and grant him peace.”

ابوشعثاء محاربی سے روایت ہے، وہ فر ماتے ہیں کہ ہم سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ مسجد میں تھے، مؤذن نے اذان کہی تو ایک شخص اٹھ کر باہر چلا گیا، اس پر سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: رہا یہ شخص تو اس نے ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نافرمانی کی ہے۔ بندار کی روایت میں یہ الفاظ ہیں: اس شخص نے ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم (کے حکم) کی مخالفت کی ہے۔
