نَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بُرَيْدَةَ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: فِي الإِنْسَانِ ثَلاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصَلا، فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنْهُ صَدَقَةً" قَالَ: وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ:" النُّخَامَةُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ تَدْفِنُهَا أَوِ الشَّيْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَقْدِرْ فَرَكْعَتَا الضُّحَى تُجْزِئُكَ"""

Abu Ammar Al-Hussein bin Harith narrated to us, Ali bin Al-Hussein narrated to us, on the authority of his father, Abdullah bin Buraidah told me, he said: I heard Abu Buraidah, He says: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “In man there are three hundred and sixty joints, so he must give alms for each joint.” Charity.” He said: Who can bear that, O Prophet of God? He said: “You bury someone who murmurs in the mosque, or you move something out of the way, but if you are not able to perform it, then two rak’ahs of the forenoon prayer will suffice.”

سیدنا بریدہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو سنا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے: ”ہر انسان کے جسم میں تین سو ساٹھ جوڑ ہیں۔ اس پر واجب ہے کہ وہ ہر جوڑکا صدقہ ادا کرے - انہوں نے عرض کی کہ اے اللہ کے نبی (اتنا زیادہ) صدقہ کرنے کی طاقت کون رکھتا ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مسجد میں پڑی بلغم کو دفنا دے یا راستے سے (تکلیف دہ) کوئی چیز ہٹا دے، اگر تُو یہ بھی نہ کر سکے تو چاشت کی دو رکعت تجھے کفایت کر جائیں گی۔“
