(6) CHAPTER. The marrying of a poor man who has the knowledge of the Quran and is a Muslim.

ایسے تنگدست کی شادی کرانا جس کے پاس صرف قرآنمجید اور اسلام ہے ۔

بَابُ تَزْوِيجِ المُعْسِرِ الَّذِي مَعَهُ القُرْآنُ وَالإِسْلاَمُ

(7) CHAPTER. The saying of a man to his brother (in Islam): Have a look at either of my wives (and if you wish), I will divorce her for you.

کسی شخص کا اپنے بھا ئی سے یہ کہنا کہ تم میری جس بیوی کو بھی پسند کر لو میں اسے تمہارے لئے طلاق دے دوں گا ۔ اس کو عبد الر حمٰن بن عوف نے بھی روایت کیا ہے ۔

قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ لِأَخِيهِ: انْظُرْ أَيَّ زَوْجَتَيَّ شِئْتَ حَتَّى أَنْزِلَ لَكَ عَنْهَا؟

مجرد رہنا اور اپنے کو نامرد بنا دینا منع ہے ۔

(12) CHAPTER. What type of women should one seek in marriage?

کس طرح کی عورت سے نکاح کیا جائے اور کون سی عورت بہتر ہے ؟

بَابُ إِلَى مَنْ يَنْكِحُ، وَأَيُّ النِّسَاءِ خَيْرٌ، وَمَا يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَتَخَيَّرَ لِنُطَفِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ إِيجَابٍ

(13) CHAPTER. Having female captives.

لونڈیوں کا رکھنا کیسا ہے اور اس شخص کا ثواب جس نے اپنی لونڈی کو آزاد کیا اور پھر اس سے شادی کر لی ۔

اتِّخَاذِ السَّرَارِيِّ، وَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ جَارِيَتَهُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا

(14) CHAPTER. Whoever regarded the manumission of a slave-girl as her Mahr.

جس نے لونڈی کی آزادی کو اس کا مہر قرار دیا ۔

بَابُ مَنْ جَعَلَ عِتْقَ الأَمَةِ صَدَاقَهَا

(15) CHAPTER. The marrying of the poor by virtue of the Statement of Allah: “If they be poor, Allah will enrich them out of His Bounty.” (V.24:32)

مفلس کا نکاح کرانا درست ہے ۔

بَابُ تَزْوِيجِ المُعْسِرِ

(16) CHAPTER. (Both husband and wife) should have the same religion.

کفاء ت میں دیندار ی کا لحاظ ہونا اور سورۃ الفرقان میں ۔

بَابُ الأَكْفَاءِ فِي الدِّينِ

(17) CHAPTER. Equality in wealth (is not essential for the marriage). And the marriage of a poor man with a well-to-do lady.

کفائت میں مالدار ی کا لحاظ ہونا اور غریب مرد کا مالدار عورت سے نکاح کرنا ۔

بَابُ الأَكْفَاءِ فِي المَالِ وَتَزْوِيجِ المُقِلِّ المُثْرِيَةَ

(18) CHAPTER. What evil omen of a lady is to be warded off.

عورت کی نحوست سے بچنے کا بیان ۔

مَا يُتَّقَى مِنْ شُؤْمِ المَرْأَةِ

(19) CHAPTER. (About) a free lady as the wife of a slave.

آزاد عورت کا غلام مرد کے نکاح میں ہونا جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ الحُرَّةِ تَحْتَ العَبْدِ

(20) CHAPTER. Not to marry more than four (at a time) as is decreed in the Statement of Allah: ...two or three or four... (V.4:3)

چار بیویوں سے زیادہ ( بیک وقت ) آدمی نہیں رکھ سکتا ۔

بَابُ لاَ يَتَزَوَّجُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ

(21) CHAPTER. (The Verse:) “...your foster-mothers who gave you suck.” (V.4:23)

آیت کریمہ یعنی اور تمہاری وہ مائیں جنہوں نے تمہیں دودھ پلایا ہے یعنی رضاعت کا بیان ۔

بَابُ {وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللَّاتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ}

(22) CHAPTER. Whoever said: “No suckling is to be carried on after the baby is two years old, As the Statement of Allah: ...two whole years, (that is) 'for those (parents) who desire to complete the term of suckling (breast feeding)... (V.2:233)

اس شخص کی دلیل جس نے کہا کہ دو سال کے بعد پھر رضاعت سے حرمت نہ ہو گی ۔

بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ لاَ رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ حَوْلَيْنِ

(23) CHAPTER. The milk belongs to the husband (if one drinks the milk of a lady then the husband of that lady is just like his father, i.e., he will be his foster suckling father).

جس مرد کا دودھ ہو وہ بھی دودھ پینے والے پر حرام ہو جاتا ہے ( کیونکہ شیر خوار کا باپ بن جاتاہے ) ۔

بَابُ لَبَنِ الفَحْلِ

(24) CHAPTER. The witness of a wet nurse.

اگر صرف دودھ پلانے والی عورت رضاعت کی گواہی دے ۔

بَابُ شَهَادَةِ المُرْضِعَةِ

(25) CHAPTER. What women are lawful for one to marry and what are unlawful.

کون سی عورتیں حلال ہیں اور کون سی حرام ہیں ۔

بَابُ مَا يَحِلُّ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ وَمَا يَحْرُمُ

(26) CHAPTER. (The Statement of Allah:) '...your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives. To whom you have gone in (consummated your marriage)...” (V.4:23)

اللہ کے اس فرمان کا بیان اور حرام ہیں تم پر تمہاری بیویوں کی لڑکیاں ۔

بَابُ {وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُمْ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ}

(27) CHAPTER: “(It is prohibited to have) two sisters in wedlock (as wise) at the same time, except for what has already passed. (V.4:23)

آیت وان تجمعوا بین الاختین الخ کا بیان ۔

بَابُ {وَأَنْ تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الأُخْتَيْنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ}

(28) CHAPTER. A woman should not marry a man who is already married to her paternal aunt (her father's sister).

اس بیان میں کہ اگر پھوپھی یا خالہ نکاح میں ہو تو اس کی بھتیجی یا بھانجی کو نکاح میں نہیں لایا جا سکتا ۔

(30) CHAPTER. Is it permissible for a woman to present herself for marriage to somebody?

کیا کوئی عورت کسی سے نکاح کے لئے اپنے آپ کو ہبہ کر سکتی ہے ؟

بَابُ هَلْ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَهَبَ نَفْسَهَا لِأَحَدٍ

(31) CHAPTER. The marriage of a Muhrim.

احرام والا شخص صرف نکاح ( عقد ) کرسکتاہے حالت احرام میں اپنی بیوی سے جماع کرنا جائز نہیں ہے ۔

(32) CHAPTER. Allah's Messenger prohibited Nikah-al-Muta lately.

آخر میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نکاح متعہ سے منع کر دیا تھا ( اس لئے اب متعہ حرام ہے ) ۔

بَابُ نَهْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ نِكَاحِ المُتْعَةِ آخِرًا

(33) CHAPTER. A woman can present herself to a righteous man (for marriage).

عورت کا اپنے آپ کو کسی صالح مرد کے نکاح کے لئے پیش کرنا ۔

بَابُ عَرْضِ المَرْأَةِ نَفْسَهَا عَلَى الرَّجُلِ الصَّالِحِ

(34) CHAPTER. The presentation of one's own daughter or sister (for marriage) to a religious man.

کسی انسان کا اپنی بیٹی یا بہن کو اہل خیر سے نکاح کے لئے پیش کرنا ۔

بَابُ عَرْضِ الإِنْسَانِ ابْنَتَهُ أَوْ أُخْتَهُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الخَيْرِ

(35) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “And there is no sin on you if you make a hint of betrothal or conceal it in yourself, Allah knows... (up to)... Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.” (V.2:235)

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان ۔

بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ: {وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا عَرَّضْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ خِطْبَةِ النِّسَاءِ، أَوْ أَكْنَنْتُمْ فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ}

(36) CHAPTER. (It is permissible) to look at a woman before marrying her.

نکاح سے پہلے عورت کو دیکھنا ۔

النَّظَرِ إِلَى المَرْأَةِ قَبْلَ التَّزْوِيجِ

(37) CHAPTER. Whoever said, A marriage is not valid except through the Wali (i.e., her father or her brother or her relative etc.)

بغیر ولی کے نکاح صحیح نہیں ہوتا ۔

بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ

(38) CHAPTER. If the guardian himself is the suitor (of the lady in his charge) (can he marry her to himself or should another guardian marry her to him)?

اگر عورت کا ولی خود اس سے نکاح کرنا چاہے ۔

بَابُ إِذَا كَانَ الوَلِيُّ هُوَ الخَاطِبَ

(39) CHAPTER. Giving one's young children in marriage (is permissible).

آدمی اپنی نابالغ لڑکی کا نکاح کر سکتا ہے ۔

بَابُ إِنْكَاحِ الرَّجُلِ وَلَدَهُ الصِّغَارَ

(41) CHAPTER. The ruler is regarded as a guardian (of the lady who has no relative to be her guardian) as is inferred from the statement of the Prophet : We have married her (that lady) to you for what you know of the Quran (by heart).

باپ کا اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح مسلمانوں کے امام یا بادشاہ سے کرنا ۔

بَابٌ السُّلْطَانُ وَلِيٌّ

(42) CHAPTER. The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent.

باپ یا کوئی دوسراولیٰ کنواری یا بیوہ عورت کا نکاح اس کی رضامندی کے بغیر نہ کرے ۔

بَابُ لاَ يُنْكِحُ الأَبُ وَغَيْرُهُ البِكْرَ وَالثَّيِّبَ إِلَّا بِرِضَاهَا

(43) CHAPTER. lf a man gives his daughter in marriage while she is averse to it (in disagreement), then such marriage is invalid.

اگر کسی نے اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح ( وہ کنواری ہو یا بیوہ ) جبراً کر دیا تو یہ نکاح باطل ہو گا ۔

بَابُ إِذَا زَوَّجَ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَنِكَاحُهُ مَرْدُودٌ

(44) CHAPTER. The giving of an orphan girl in marriage.

یتیم لڑکی کا نکاح کر دینا کیونکہ اللہ پاک نے سورۃ نساء ۔

بَابُ تَزْوِيجِ اليَتِيمَةِ

(45) CHAPTER. If the suitor says (to the guardian of a woman), “Marry me to so-and-so,” and the guardian says, “I have married her to you for such and such Mahr,” then the marriage is valid even if he does not ask the husband, Have you agreed or have you accepted (her)?

اگر کسی مردنے لڑکی کے ولی سے کہا میرا نکاح اس لڑکی سے کر دو ، اس نے کہامیں نے اتنے مہر پر تیرا نکاح اس سے کر دیا تو نکاح ہو گیا گو وہ مرد سے یہ نہ پوچھے کہ تم اس پر رضی ہو یا تم نے قبول کیا یا نہیں ؟

بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ الخَاطِبُ لِلْوَلِيِّ: زَوِّجْنِي فُلاَنَةَ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ زَوَّجْتُكَ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا جَازَ النِّكَاحُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَقُلْ لِلزَّوْجِ: أَرَضِيتَ أَوْ قَبِلْتَ

(46) CHAPTER. None should ask for the hand of a lady who is already engaged to his brother (Muslim), but one should wait till the first suitor marries her or leaves her.

کسی مسلمان بھائی نے ایک عورت کو پیغام بھیجا ہو تو دوسرا شخص اس کو پیغام نہ بھیجے جب تک وہ اس سے نکاح نہ کرے یا پیام نہ چھوڑ دے یعنی منگنی توڑ دے ۔

بَابُ لاَ يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَنْكِحَ أَوْ يَدَعَ

(47) CHAPTER. (What is said regarding) the meaning of the cancelling of the engagement.

پیغام چھوڑ دینے کی وجہ بیان کرنا ۔

تَفْسِيرِ تَرْكِ الخِطْبَةِ

(48) CHAPTER. Al-Khutba (for Nikah) (a speech delivered at the time of concluding the marriage contract).

( عقد سے پہلے ) نکاح کا خطبہ پڑھنا ۔

(49) CHAPTER. Beating the tambourine during the Nikah (marriage ceremony) and the Walima (wedding banquet).

نکاح اور ولیمہ کی دعوت میں دف بجانا ۔

ضَرْبِ الدُّفِّ فِي النِّكَاحِ وَالوَلِيمَةِ

(50) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “And give to the women (whom you marry) their Mahr with a good heart...” (V.4:4)

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان اور عورتوں کو ان کا مہر خوش دلی ۔

بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَآتُوا النِّسَاءَ صَدُقَاتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةً

(51) CHAPTER. To many (a lady to) a man for what he knows of the Quran (by heart) and without paying any Mahr.

قرآن کی تعلیم مہر ہو سکتی ہے اس طرح اگر مہر کا ذکر ہی نہ کرے تب بھی نکاح صحیح ہو جائے گا ( اور مہر مثل لازم ہو گا ) ۔

بَابُ التَّزْوِيجِ عَلَى القُرْآنِ وَبِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ

(52) CHAPTER. To give Mahr in the form of material things (other than money) and in the form of a ring made of iron.

کوئی جنس یا لوہے کی انگوٹھی مہر ہو سکتی ہے ۔ گونقد روپیہ نہ ہو ۔

بَابُ المَهْرِ بِالعُرُوضِ وَخَاتَمٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ

(53) CHAPTER. The conditions stipulated in the marriage (contract).

نکاح میں جو شرطیں کی جائیں ( ان کا پورا کرنا ضروری ہے ) ۔

بَابُ الشُّرُوطِ فِي النِّكَاحِ

(54) CHAPTER. The conditions that are not lawful in the marriage contract.

وہ شرطیں جو نکاح میں جائز نہیں ۔

(55) CHAPTER. The Sufra (yellow coloured perfume) for a bridegroom.

(57) CHAPTER. How to invoke good upon a person who has married recently?

دولہا کو کس طرح دعا دی جائے ؟

بَابٌ: كَيْفَ يُدْعَى لِلْمُتَزَوِّجِ

(58) CHAPTER. The invocation of those women who prepare the bride (for her and for the bridegroom).

جو عورتیں دولہن کو بناؤ سنگھار کر کے دولہا کے گھر لائیں ان کو اور دولہن کو کیونکر دعا دیں ۔

بَابُ الدُّعَاءِ لِلنِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي يَهْدِينَ العَرُوسَ وَلِلْعَرُوسِ

(59) CHAPTER. Whoever preferred to consummate the marriage before going on a military campaign.

جہاد میں جانے سے پہلے نئی دولہن سے صحبت کر لینا بہتر ہے تاکہ دل اس میں لگا نہ رہے ۔

بَابُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ البِنَاءَ قَبْلَ الغَزْوِ

(60) CHAPTER. Whoever consummated his marriage with a lady of nine years of age.

جس نے نو سال کی عمر کی بیوی کے ساتھ خلوت کی ( جب وہ جوان ہو گئی ہو ) ۔

بَابُ مَنْ بَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ، وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ

(61) CHAPTER. The consummation of marriage during a journey.

سفر میں نئی دلہن کے ساتھ خلوت کرنا ۔

بَابُ البِنَاءِ فِي السَّفَرِ

(62) CHAPTER. Consummation of marriage during the daytime without a marriage procession or lighting of fires.

دولہا کا دلہن کے پاس یا دلہن کا دولہا کے پاس دن کو آنا سواری یا روشنی کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔

بَابُ البِنَاءِ بِالنَّهَارِ بِغَيْرِ مَرْكَبٍ وَلاَ نِيرَانٍ

(63) CHAPTER. The Anmat (curtains, beddings, etc.) and similar things designed for the women.

عورتوں کے لئے مخمل کے بچھونے وغیرہ بچھا نا جائز ہے ( یا باریک پردہ لٹکانا ) ۔

بَابُ الأَنْمَاطِ وَنَحْوِهَا لِلنِّسَاءِ

(64) CHAPTER. The women who present the lady to her husband and their invocations for Allah's blessings upon them.

وہ عورتیں جو دلہن کا بناؤ سنگھار کر کے اسے شوہر کے پاس لے جائیں ۔

بَابُ النِّسْوَةِ اللَّاتِي يَهْدِينَ المَرْأَةَ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا وَدُعَائِهِنَّ بِالْبَرَكَةِ

(65) CHAPTER. The giving of a present to the bridegroom.

دلہن کو تحائف بھیجنا ۔

الهَدِيَّةِ لِلْعَرُوسِ

(66) CHAPTER. To borrow the clothes, etc. for the bride.

دلہن کے پہننے کے لئے کپڑے اور زیور وغیرہ عاریتاً لینا ۔

بَابُ اسْتِعَارَةِ الثِّيَابِ لِلْعَرُوسِ وَغَيْرِهَا

(67) CHAPTER. What a man should say on having a sexual intercourse with his wife.

جب شوہر اپنی بیوی کے پاس آئے تو اسے کون سی دعا پڑھنی چاہئے ۔

بَابُ مَا يَقُولُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ

(68) CHAPTER. The Walima (wedding banquet) is obligatory.

ولیمہ کی دعوت دولہا کو کرنا لازم ہے ۔

بَابٌ: الوَلِيمَةُ حَقٌّ

(69) CHAPTER. Al-Walima (the wedding banquet) is recommended to be given even if one sheep is presented therein.

ولیمہ میں ایک بکری بھی کافی ہے ۔

بَابُ الوَلِيمَةِ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ

(70) CHAPTER. Whoeever gave a bigger Walima (wedding banquet) on marrying some wives than on marrying the other wives of his.

کسی بیوی کے ولیمہ میں کھانا زیادہ تیار کرنا کسی کے ولیمہ میں کم ، جائز درست ہے ۔

بَابُ مَنْ أَوْلَمَ عَلَى بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ بَعْضٍ

(71) CHAPTER. Whoever gave a Walima (wedding banquet) of less than one sheep.

ایک بکری سے کم کا ولیمہ کرنا ۔

بَابُ مَنْ أَوْلَمَ بِأَقَلَّ مِنْ شَاةٍ

(72) CHAPTER. It is obligatory to accept the invitation to a Walima (wedding banquet) and other invitations.

ولیمہ کی دعوت اور ہر ایک دعوت کو قبول کرناحق ہے ۔

بَابُ حَقِّ إِجَابَةِ الوَلِيمَةِ وَالدَّعْوَةِ، وَمَنْ أَوْلَمَ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَنَحْوَهُ

(73) CHAPTER. If somebody refuses an invitation [to a Walima (wedding banquet)] he indeed disobeys Allah and His Messenger .

جس کسی نے دعوت قبول کرنے سے انکار کیا اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی ۔

بَابُ مَنْ تَرَكَ الدَّعْوَةَ فَقَدْ عَصَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ

(74) CHAPTER. Whoever accepted the invitation to a meal of trotters.

جس نے بکری کے کھر کی دعوت کی تو اسے بھی قبول کرنا چاہئے ۔

بَابُ مَنْ أَجَابَ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ

(75) CHAPTER. To accept the invitation to a wedding party or any other party.

ہر ایک دعوت قبول کرنا شادی کی ہو یا کسی اور بات کی ۔

بَابُ إِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي فِي العُرْسِ وَغَيْرِهِ

(76) CHAPTER. The attendance of women and children at a wedding party.

دعوت شادی میں عورتوں اور بچوں کا بھی جانا جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ ذَهَابِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ إِلَى العُرْسِ

(77) CHAPTER. Should a person return if he sees something disapproved of (from the standpoint of religion) in the party?

اگر دعوت میں جا کر وہاں کوئی کام خلاف شرع دیکھے تو لوٹ آئے یا کیا کرے ۔

بَابُ هَلْ يَرْجِعُ إِذَا رَأَى مُنْكَرًا فِي الدَّعْوَةِ

(78) CHAPTER. The attendance and serving of the lady (bride) herself for the men at (her) marriage party.

شادی میں عورت مردوں کا کامکاج خوداپنی ذات سے کرے تو کیسا ہے ؟

بَابُ قِيَامِ المَرْأَةِ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ فِي العُرْسِ وَخِدْمَتِهِمْ بِالنَّفْسِ

(79) CHAPTER. An-Naqi (juice obtained from dried dates soaked in water) and other drinks that are non intoxicant, served at a wedding party.

کھجور کا شربت یا اور کوئی شربت جس میں نشہ نہ ہو شادی میں پلانا ۔

عورتوں کے ساتھ خوش خلقی سے پیش آنا ۔

عورتوں سے اچھا سلوک کرنے کے بارے میں وصیت نبوی کا بیان ۔

(82) CHAPTER. “(O you who believe)! Ward off from yourself and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones...” (V.66:6)

اللہ کا سورۃ التحریم میں یہ فرمانا کہ لوگو ! خود کو اور اپنے بیوی بچوں کو دوزخ سے بچاؤ ۔

(83) CHAPTER. To treat one's family in a polite and kind manner.

(84) CHAPTER. The advice of a man to his daughter regarding her husband.

آدمی اپنی بیٹی کو اس کے خاوند کے مقدمہ میں نصیحت کرے تو کیسا ہے ؟

بَابُ مَوْعِظَةِ الرَّجُلِ ابْنَتَهُ لِحَالِ زَوْجِهَا

(85) CHAPTER. A woman should not observe Saum (fast) (optional ones) except with the permission of her husband.

شوہر کی اجازت سے عورت کو نفلی روزہ رکھنا جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ صَوْمِ المَرْأَةِ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا تَطَوُّعًا

(86) CHAPTER. If a woman spends the night deserting her husband's bed (without a reasonable cause, she is sinful).

جو عورت غصہ ہو کر اپنے شوہر کے بستر سے الگ ہو کر رات گزارے ، اس کی برائی کا بیان ۔

بَابُ إِذَا بَاتَتِ المَرْأَةُ مُهَاجِرَةً فِرَاشَ زَوْجِهَا

(87) CHAPTER. A woman should not allow anyone to enter her husband's house except with his consent.

عورت اپنے شوہر کے گھر میں آنے کی کسی غیر مرد کو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اجازت نہ دے ۔

بَابُ لاَ تَأْذَنِ المَرْأَةُ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ

(89) CHAPTER. To be unthankful to Al-Ashir, i.e., the husband. Al-Ashir also means the companion.

عشیر کی ناشکری کی سزا عشیر خاوند کو کہتے ہیں عشیر شریک یعنی ساتھی کو بھی کہتے ہیں ۔

بَابُ كُفْرَانِ العَشِيرِ وَهُوَ الزَّوْجُ، وَهُوَ الخَلِيطُ، مِنَ المُعَاشَرَةِ

(90) CHAPTER. Your wife has a right over you.

تمہاری بیوی کا بھی تم پر حق ہے ۔

بَابٌ: لِزَوْجِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقٌّ

(91) CHAPTER. The woman is a guardian in her husband's house.

بیوی اپنے شوہر کے گھر کی حاکم ہے ۔

بَابٌ: المَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا

(92) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Men are protectors and maintainers of women.” (V.4:34)

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا عورتوں کو اس طرح پر چھوڑنا کہ ان کے گھر ہی میں نہیں گئے ۔

بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ}

(93) CHAPTER. The decision of the Prophet not to share the beds with his wives and to stay away from their houses.

عورتوں کو مارنا مکروہ ہے ۔

بَابُ هِجْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نِسَاءَهُ فِي غَيْرِ بُيُوتِهِنَّ

(95) CHAPTER. A woman should not obey her husband if he orders her to do something sinful.

عورت گناہ کے حکم میں اپنے شوہر کا کہنا نہ مانے ۔

بَابُ لاَ تُطِيعُ المَرْأَةُ زَوْجَهَا فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ

(96) CHAPTER. “If a woman fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part...” (V.4:128)

اور اگر کسی عورت کو اپنے شوہر کی طرف سے نفرت اور منہ موڑنے کا خوف ہو ۔

بَابُ {وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا}

سفر کے ارادہ کے وقت اپنی کئی بیویوں میں سے انتخاب کے لئے قرعہ ڈالنا ۔

بَابُ القُرْعَةِ بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ إِذَا أَرَادَ سَفَرًا

(99) CHAPTER. (What is said regarding) the woman who gives up her turn with her husband to one of his other wives, and how to divide the turns.

عورت اپنے شوہر کی باری اپنی سوکن کو دے سکتی ہے اور اس کی تقسیم کس طرح کی جائے ؟

بَابُ المَرْأَةِ تَهَبُ يَوْمَهَا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا لِضَرَّتِهَا، وَكَيْفَ يَقْسِمُ ذَلِكَ

(101) CHAPTER. If somebody marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife (with him).

اگر کسی کے پاس ایک بیوہ عورت اس کے نکاح میں ہو پھر ایک کنواری سے بھی نکاح کرے تو جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ البِكرَ عَلَى الثَّيِّبِ

(102) CHAPTER. If somebody marryies a matron and he has already a virgin wife (with him).

کنواری بیوی کے ہوتے ہوئے جب کسی نے بیوہ عورت سے شادی کی تو کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے ۔

بَابُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ عَلَى البِكْرِ

(103) CHAPTER. Whoever had sexual intercourse with all his wives and then took one bath only.

مرد اپنی سب بیویوں سے صحبت کر کے آخر میں ایک غسل کر سکتا ہے ۔

بَابُ مَنْ طَافَ عَلَى نِسَائِهِ فِي غُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ

(104) CHAPTER. If a man goes to all his wives (have sexual relations with them) in one day.

مرد کا اپنی بیوی کے پاس دن میں جانا بھی جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ دُخُولِ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى نِسَائِهِ فِي اليَوْمِ

(105) CHAPTER. If a man takes the permission of his wives so as to stay in the house of one of them to be treated (during his ailment) and he is allowed by them (those wives will have no right to claim their lost turns).

اگر مرد اپنی بیماری کے دن کسی ایک بیوی کے گھر گزارنے کے لئے اپنی دوسری بیویوں سے اجازت لے اور اسے اس کی اجازت دی جائے ۔

بَابُ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَ الرَّجُلُ نِسَاءَهُ فِي أَنْ يُمَرَّضَ فِي بَيْتِ بَعْضِهِنَّ فَأَذِنَّ لَهُ

(106) CHAPTER. If a man loves some of his wives more than the others.

اگر مرد کو اپنی بیوی سے زیادہ محبت ہو تو کچھ گناہ نہ ہو گا ۔

بَابُ حُبِّ الرَّجُلِ بَعْضَ نِسَائِهِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ بَعْضٍ

(107) CHAPTER. (It is not recommended for) one to claim that one has more things or better qualities than one really has. And what is forbidden as regards the pride of lady over the other wives of her husband.

جھوٹ موٹھ جو چیز ملی نہیں اس کو بیان کرنا کہ مل گئی ، اس طرح اپنی سوکن کا دل جلانے کے لئے کرنا عورت کے واسطے منع ہے ۔

بَابُ المُتَشَبِّعِ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَلْ، وَمَا يُنْهَى مِنَ افْتِخَارِ الضَّرَّةِ

(108) CHAPTER. Al-Ghaira (i.e. honour, prestige or self-respect).

(110) CHAPTER. The man's attempt to prevent what my arouse his daughter's jealousy, and his demand that she should be treated justly.

آدمی اپنی بیٹی کو غیرت اور غصہ نہ آنے کے لئے اور اس کے حق میں انصاف کرنے کے لئے کوشش کر سکتا ہے ۔

بَابُ ذَبِّ الرَّجُلِ عَنِ ابْنَتِهِ فِي الغَيْرَةِ وَالإِنْصَافِ

(111) CHAPTER. Men will decrease and women will increase.

( قیامت کے قریب ) عورتوں کا بہت ہو جانا مردوں کی کمی ۔

بَابُ يَقِلُّ الرِّجَالُ وَيَكْثُرُ النِّسَاءُ

(112) CHAPTER. A man should not stay with a woman in seclusion unless he is a Dhu-Mahram (a person who is legally not allowed to marry that woman, e.g. her father or brother, etc.). (And it is unlawful for one) to enter upon a woman whose husband is absent.

محرم کے سوا کوئی غیر مردکسی غیر عورت کے ساتھ تنہائی نہ اختیار کرے ۔

بَابُ لاَ يَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةٍ إِلَّا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ، وَالدُّخُولُ عَلَى المُغِيبَةِ

(113) CHAPTER. What is allowed (as regards) a private meeting between a man and a woman when they are not secluded from the people.

اگر لوگوں کی موجودگی میں ایک مرد دوسری ( غیر محرم ) عورت سے تنہائی میں کچھ بات کرے تو جائز ہے ۔

بَابُ مَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَخْلُوَ الرَّجُلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ

(114) CHAPTER. It is forbidden that effeminate men should enter upon women.

زنانے اور ہیجڑے سفر میں عورتوں کے پاس نہ آئیں ۔

بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنْ دُخُولِ المُتَشَبِّهِينَ بِالنِّسَاءِ عَلَى المَرْأَةِ

(115) CHAPTER. The looking of a woman at the Ethiopians and the like (is permissible) if it does not lead to bad consequences.

عورت حبشیوں کو دیکھ سکتی ہے اگر کسی فتنے کا ڈر نہ ہو ۔

بَابُ نَظَرِ المَرْأَةِ إِلَى الحَبَشِ وَنَحْوِهِمْ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِيبَةٍ

(116) CHAPTER. The going out of women for their needs.

عورتوں کا کامکاج کے لئے باہر نکلنا درست ہے ۔

(117) CHAPTER. The permission taken by a woman from her husband to go to the mosque.

مسجد وغیرہ میں جانے کے لئے عورت کا اپنے شوہر سے اجازت لینا ۔

بَابُ اسْتِئْذَانِ المَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا فِي الخُرُوجِ إِلَى المَسْجِدِ وَغَيْرِهِ

(118) CHAPTER. What is lawful as regards visiting or looking at those women who have foster suckling relations with you.

دودھ کے رشتے سے بھی عورت محرم ہو جاتی ہے ، بے پردہ اسے دیکھ سکتے ہیں ۔

بَابُ مَا يَحِلُّ مِنَ الدُّخُولِ وَالنَّظَرِ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ فِي الرَّضَاعِ

(119) CHAPTER. A woman should not look at or touch the body of another woman to describe her to her husband.

ایک عورت دوسری عورت سے ( بے ستر ہو کر ) نہ چمٹے اس لئے کہ اس کا حال اپنے خاوند سے بیان کرے ۔

لاَ تُبَاشِرِ المَرْأَةُ المَرْأَةَ فَتَنْعَتَهَا لِزَوْجِهَا

(120) CHAPTER. The saying of a man: “I will go round (i.e., have sexual relations with) all my wives tonight.”

کسی مرد کا یہ کہنا کہ آج رات میں اپنی تمام بیویوں کے پاس ہو آؤں گا ۔

بَابُ قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ: لَأَطُوفَنَّ اللَّيْلَةَ عَلَى نِسَائِي

(121) CHAPTER. If a man is away or absent from his family for a long time, then on returning home, he should not enter his house at night, lest he should find something which might arouse his suspicion as regards his family, or lest he should discover their defects.

آدمی سفر سے رات کے وقت اپنے گھر نہ آئے ۔

بَابُ لاَ يَطْرُقْ أَهْلَهُ لَيْلًا إِذَا أَطَالَ الغَيْبَةَ، مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يُخَوِّنَهُمْ أَوْ يَلْتَمِسَ عَثَرَاتِهِمْ

(123) CHAPTER. The woman (whose husband is absent for a long time) should shave her pubic hair, and those whose hair is unkempt should comb their hair.

جب خاوند سفر سے آئے تو عورت استرہ لے اور بالوں میں کنگھی کرے

بَابُ تَسْتَحِدُّ المُغِيبَةُ وَتَمْتَشِطُ الشَّعِثَةُ

(124) CHAPTER. “And not to reveal their adornments except to their husbands,…” (V.24:31)

اللہ کا سورۃ النور میں یہ فرمانا کہ ولا یبدین زینتھن ( الایۃ ) یعنی اور عورتیں اپنے زینت اپنے شوہر کے سوا کسی پر ظاہر نہ ہونے دیں ۔

بَابُ {وَلاَ يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ} [النور: 31]- إِلَى قَوْلِهِ - {لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ} [النور: 31]

(125) CHAPTER. “And those among you who have not come to the age of puberty. (V.24:58)

اس آیت میں جو بیان ہے کہ اور وہ بچے جو ابھی سن بلوغ کو نہیں پہنچے ہیں اس کے لیے کیا حکم ہے ؟

بَابُ: {وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ} [النور: 58]

(126) CHAPTER. The man's poking his daughter in the flank while admonishing her.

ایک مرد کا دوسرے سے یہ پوچھنا کہ کیا تم نے رات اپنی عورت سے صحبت کی ہے ؟ اور کسی شخص کا اپنی بیٹی کے کوکھ میں غصہ کی وجہ سے مارنا ۔

بَابُ: {وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ} [النور: 58]
