[2/683] أَبُو عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيُّ 1444 - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِعُسْفَانَ ، فَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ صَلَاةُ الظُّهْرِ ، وَعَلَى خَيْلِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ " ، قَالَ : " فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِأَصْحَابِهِ الظُّهْرَ ، فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ : إِنَّ لَهُمْ صَلَاةً بَعْدَ هَذِهِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ أَبْنَائِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ - يَعْنُونَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ " ، فَنَزَلَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ فَأَخْبَرَهُ ، وَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ : { وَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلاةَ } الْآيَةَ إِلَى آخِرِهَا ، فَحَضَرَتِ الْعَصْرُ فَصَفَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَصْحَابَهُ صَفَّيْنِ وَعَلَيْهِمُ السِّلَاحُ فَكَبَّرَ ، وَالْعَدُوُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَكَبَّرُوا جَمِيعًا وَرَكَعُوا جَمِيعًا ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَالصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ ، وَالْآخَرُونَ قِيَامٌ يَحْرُسُونَهُمْ ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَامَ إِلَى الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ وَسَجَدَ الْآخَرُونَ ، ثُمَّ تَقَدَّمَ هَؤُلَاءِ إِلَى مَصَافِّ هَؤُلَاءِ وَتَأَخَّرَ هَؤُلَاءِ إِلَى مَصَافِّ هَؤُلَاءِ [2/684] فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً أُخْرَى فَرَكَعُوا جَمِيعًا ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَالصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ ، وَالْآخَرُونَ قِيَامٌ يَحْرُسُونَهُمْ ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغُوا سَجَدَ هَؤُلَاءِ ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عَيَّاشٍ : " فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ مَرَّتَيْنِ ؛ مَرَّةً بِعُسْفَانَ ، وَمَرَّةً فِي أَرْضِ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ " .

Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Warqa narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, from Abu Ayyash al-Zuraqi, who said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at Usfan, and the time of prayer came, the Zuhr prayer, while over the cavalry of the polytheists was Khalid ibn al-Walid. He said: So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed Zuhr with his Companions, and the polytheists said: They have a prayer after this dearer to them than their sons, wealth, and selves - meaning the Asr prayer. So Gabriel, peace be upon him, descended upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) between Zuhr and Asr and informed him, and this verse was revealed: {And when you are among them and lead for them the prayer} the verse to its end. When Asr came the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) lined his Companions in two rows with their weapons upon them, and he magnified Allah, with the enemy before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him); they all magnified and all bowed. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prostrated with the row next to him, while the others stood guarding them. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished, he stood for the second rakah and the others prostrated, then these advanced to the positions of those and those retreated to the positions of these, and he prayed with them another rakah and they all bowed. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prostrated with the row next to him, while the others stood guarding them. When they finished, these prostrated, then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave the salutation. Abu Ayyash said: So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed this prayer twice; once at Usfan and once in the land of Banu Sulaym.

ہمیں یونس نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں ابوداؤد نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں ورقاء نے بیان کیا، منصور سے، مجاہد سے، ابوعیاش زرقی سے، انہوں نے کہا: ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ عسفان میں تھے، اور نماز کا وقت آیا، ظہر کی نماز، جبکہ مشرکوں کے سواروں پر خالد بن ولید تھے۔ کہا: تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے صحابہ کو ظہر پڑھائی، اور مشرکوں نے کہا: ان کی اس کے بعد ایک نماز ہے جو انہیں اپنے بیٹوں، مالوں اور جانوں سے زیادہ پیاری ہے ـ یعنی عصر کی نماز۔ تو جبریل علیہ السلام ظہر اور عصر کے درمیان رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر نازل ہوئے اور آپ کو خبر دی، اور یہ آیت نازل ہوئی: ﴿وَاِذَا کُنْتَ فِیْہِمْ فَاَقَمْتَ لَھُمُ الصَّلٰوۃَ﴾ آخر تک۔ پھر عصر آئی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے صحابہ کی دو صفیں بنائیں اور ان پر ہتھیار تھے اور تکبیر کہی، اور دشمن نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے تھا؛ سب نے تکبیر کہی اور سب نے رکوع کیا۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سجدہ کیا اور آپ سے قریب والی صف نے، اور دوسرے کھڑے ان کی حفاظت کر رہے تھے۔ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فارغ ہوئے تو دوسری رکعت کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے اور دوسروں نے سجدہ کیا، پھر یہ ان کی جگہوں کی طرف آگے بڑھے اور وہ ان کی جگہوں کی طرف پیچھے ہٹے، اور آپ نے انہیں ایک اور رکعت پڑھائی اور سب نے رکوع کیا۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سجدہ کیا اور آپ سے قریب والی صف نے، اور دوسرے کھڑے ان کی حفاظت کر رہے تھے۔ جب وہ فارغ ہوئے تو انہوں نے سجدہ کیا، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سلام پھیرا۔ ابوعیاش نے کہا: تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ نماز دو بار پڑھی؛ ایک بار عسفان میں، اور ایک بار بنو سلیم کی سرزمین میں۔
