Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shubah narrated to us, he said: Abu Israil al-Jushami informed me, he said: I heard Jadah saying: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while a man was relating a dream to him, and he saw a stout man and began piercing his belly with something in his hand, saying: If some of this were elsewhere it would be better for you.

ہمیں یونس نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں ابوداؤد نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں شعبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا: مجھے ابواسرائیل جشمی نے خبر دی، کہا: میں نے جعدہ کو کہتے سنا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا جبکہ ایک شخص آپ کو خواب سنا رہا تھا، اور آپ نے ایک موٹے شخص کو دیکھا اور اپنے ہاتھ کی کسی چیز سے اس کا پیٹ گودنے لگے اور فرماتے: اگر اس میں سے کچھ کہیں اور ہوتا تو تمہارے لیے بہتر ہوتا۔

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shubah narrated to us, from Abu Israil, from Jadah, who said: I witnessed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while a man was brought to him, and it was said: O Messenger of Allah, this one wanted to kill you! So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: You have not been frightened, you have not been frightened; had you intended that, Allah would not have given you power over killing me.

ہمیں ابوداؤد نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ابواسرائیل سے، جعدہ سے، انہوں نے کہا: میں نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس حاضر تھا جبکہ ایک شخص لایا گیا، اور کہا گیا: یا رسول اللہ، اس نے آپ کو قتل کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تھا! تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا: تم خوف زدہ نہیں ہوئے، تم خوف زدہ نہیں ہوئے؛ اگر تم ایسا چاہتے تو اللہ تمہیں میرے قتل پر قدرت نہ دیتا۔

Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhib narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Nawfal ibn Muawiyah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: Whoever misses the prayer, it is as if his family and wealth have been taken away.
