6872 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَزُورُ الْأَنْصَارَ ، فَإِذَا جَاءَ إِلَى دُورِ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ صِبْيَانُ الْأَنْصَارِ حَوْلَهُ ، فَيَدْعُو لَهُمْ وَيَمْسَحُ رُءُوسَهُمْ وَيُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْهِمْ ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَابَ سَعْدٍ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ : السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ ، فَرَدَّ سَعْدٌ ، فَلَمْ يُسْمِعِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، حَتَّى سَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَزِيدُ عَلَى ثَلَاثِ تَسْلِيمَاتٍ ، فَإِنْ أُذِنَ لَهُ وَإِلَّا انْصَرَفَ ، فَرَجَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَاءَ سَعْدٌ مُتَبَادِرًا فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا سَلَّمْتَ تَسْلِيمَةً إِلَّا قَدْ سَمِعْتُهَا وَرَدَدْتُهَا عَلَيْكَ ، وَلَكِنْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ تُكْثِرَ عَلَيْنَا مِنَ السَّلَامِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ ، ادْخُلْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، فَدَخَلَ فَجَلَسَ ، فَقَرَّبَ إِلَيْهِ سَعْدٌ طَعَامًا ، فَأَصَابَ مِنْهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَلَمَّا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْصَرِفَ قَالَ : أَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ ، وَأَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ ، وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ . [13/293] وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ رَوَاهُ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ .

6872 - Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik narrated to us, Jafar ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to visit the Ansar; when he came to the homes of the Ansar, the children of the Ansar would gather around him, and he would supplicate for them, wipe their heads, and greet them. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the door of Sad and greeted them: Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah. Sad responded but did not let the Prophet hear, until he greeted three times; the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not exceed three greetings: if permission was given, otherwise he would leave. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned, and Sad came hurrying and said: O Messenger of Allah, by the One Who sent you with the truth, I heard every greeting you gave and responded to you, but I wanted you to increase greetings and mercy upon us. Enter, O Messenger of Allah. So he entered and sat, and Sad brought food near, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ate from it. When he wanted to leave, he said: May the righteous eat your food, may fasting people break fast with you, and may the angels send blessings upon you. This hadith was reported by Jafar ibn Sulayman and Mamar from Thabit from Anas.
