Asim ibn Umar from his father: 258 - Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Jahdam narrated to us, he said: Ismail ibn Jafar narrated to us, he said: Umarah ibn Ghaziyyah narrated to us, from Khubayb ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Yasaf, from Hafs ibn Asim, from his father, from Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the mu'adhdhin says: Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, and one of you says: Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, then he says: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, he says: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, he says: I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, he says: I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, he says: Come to prayer, he says: There is no might nor power except by Allah, he says: Come to success, he says: There is no might nor power except by Allah, then he says: Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, there is no god but Allah, he says: Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, there is no god but Allah, from his heart, he will enter Paradise. And this hadith, we do not know it narrated from Umar except by this route with this chain.

عاصم بن عمر اپنے والد سے: 258 - ہمیں محمد بن مثنیٰ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں محمد بن جہضم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں اسماعیل بن جعفر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں عمارہ بن غزیہ نے بیان کیا، خبیب بن عبد الرحمن بن یساف سے، حفص بن عاصم سے، اپنے والد سے، عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ سے: کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب مؤذن کہے: اللہ اکبر اللہ اکبر، تو تم میں سے کوئی کہے: اللہ اکبر اللہ اکبر، پھر وہ کہے: اشہد ان لا الہ الا اللہ، تو وہ کہے: اشہد ان لا الہ الا اللہ، وہ کہے: اشہد ان محمدا رسول اللہ، تو وہ کہے: اشہد ان محمدا رسول اللہ، وہ کہے: حی علی الصلاۃ، تو وہ کہے: لا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ، وہ کہے: حی علی الفلاح، تو وہ کہے: لا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ، پھر وہ کہے: اللہ اکبر اللہ اکبر لا الہ الا اللہ، تو وہ کہے: اللہ اکبر اللہ اکبر لا الہ الا اللہ، اپنے دل سے، تو وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔ اور یہ حدیث ہم نہیں جانتے کہ عمر سے اس وجہ اور اس اسناد کے سوا کہیں سے مروی ہو۔

260 - And Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated it to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Dawud narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Asim ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: When the night approaches from here and the day retreats from here and the sun has set, the fasting person has broken his fast. And this hadith, we do not know it narrated from Umar except by this route with this chain, and its chain is sound. And Ibn Abi Awfa narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) something similar, so we mentioned it from Umar due to the eminence of Umar and the soundness of its chain.

260 - اور ہمیں محمد بن مثنیٰ نے یہی بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: ہمیں عبد اللہ بن داؤد نے بیان کیا، ہشام بن عروہ سے، اپنے والد سے، عاصم بن عمر بن خطاب سے، اپنے والد سے، نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے، آپ نے فرمایا: جب رات ادھر سے آئے اور دن ادھر سے جائے اور سورج غروب ہو جائے تو روزے دار نے افطار کر لیا۔ اور یہ حدیث ہم نہیں جانتے کہ عمر سے اس وجہ اور اس اسناد کے سوا مروی ہو، اور اس کی اسناد صحیح ہے۔ اور ابن ابی اوفیٰ نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی جیسی روایت کی ہے، تو ہم نے اسے عمر سے عمر کے جلال اور اسناد کی صحت کی وجہ سے ذکر کیا۔
