[7/89] عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ 1268 - ( 4023 ) - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : حَالَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بَيْنَ قُرَيْشٍ وَالْأَنْصَارِ فِي دَارِي الَّتِي بِالْمَدِينَةِ . 1271 - ( 4026 ) - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِزُهَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْقُنُوتِ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ أَوْ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ؟ قَالَ : قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : فَإِنَّ نَاسًا يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَنَتَ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّمَا قَنَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَهْرًا يَدْعُو عَلَى أُنَاسٍ قَتَلُوا نَاسًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ يُقَالُ لَهُمُ الْقُرَّاءُ . Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah and Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us, the wording being Zuhayr's, Abu Muawiyah narrated to us, from Asim, from Anas, who said: I asked him about qunut, before bowing or after bowing? He said: Before bowing. He said: I said: People claim that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed qunut after bowing. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) only performed qunut for a month, supplicating against people who killed some of his Companions called the reciters.

1272 - ( 4027 ) - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، أَحَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الْمَدِينَةَ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، هِيَ حَرَامٌ ، حَرَّمَهَا اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ لَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا ، فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ ، وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ ، وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ .

Abu Bakr narrated to us, Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Asim, who said: I asked Anas ibn Malik: Did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declare Madinah sacred? He said: Yes; it is sacred; Allah and His Messenger declared it sacred. Its grass is not to be cut. Whoever does that, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people.

1276 - ( 4031 ) - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الْقُنُوتِ ؟ فَقَالَ : قَنَتَ [7/93] رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَهْرًا بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ، كَانَ بَعَثَ يَوْمًا سَبْعِينَ رَجُلًا إِلَى قَوْمٍ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ، قَالَ : وَقَوْمٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَهْدٌ ، فَقَتَلَهُمُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ الَّذِينَ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَهْدٌ ، فَقَنَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَهْرًا يَدْعُو عَلَيْهِمْ .

Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, Abd al-Wahid narrated to us, Asim al-Ahwal narrated to us, who said: I asked Anas ibn Malik about qunut. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed qunut for a month after bowing. He had one day sent seventy men to a people of the polytheists; and there was a people of the polytheists between whom and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) there was a covenant, yet the polytheists with whom there was a covenant between them and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) killed them. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed qunut for a month supplicating against them.
