Suwayd ibn Said narrated to us, al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to us, from al-Awzai, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There will be in my ummah division and sects who speak good words but do evil deeds; they recite the Quran but it does not pass their throats; one of you will belittle his prayer compared to their prayer and his fasting compared to their fasting; they are the worst of creation; glad tidings to whoever kills them and whom they kill; they call to the Book of Allah but have nothing to do with it; whoever kills them is closer to Allah than they are. They said: O Messenger of Allah, what is their mark? He said: Shaving the head.

Musa ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Umar ibn Said al-Abahh narrated to us, from Said, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever says there is no god but Allah with good in his heart weighing a barley grain will come out of the Fire; and whoever says there is no god but Allah with good in his heart weighing a wheat grain will come out of the Fire; and whoever says there is no god but Allah with good in his heart weighing an atom will come out of the Fire. He said: It was said to Said: O Abu al-Nadr, do they come out after having been admitted? He said: Are you not Arabs? Can there be an exit except after an entrance?
