Then he ordered the people and they broke fast and went out.

So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, ordered the people to break fast for the rest of their day, and to go out for their Eid the next morning.

And he said: When he accepts Islam in the month of Ramadan, he does not fast his day in which he accepted Islam, but he is ordered not to eat until evening.
