I am Yunus bin Abdul-Ala, narrated by Ibn Wahb. Amr bin Al-Harith told me that Bakr bin Sawada told him, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Jubayr, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Asi, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, recited the words of God Almighty regarding Abraham: “My Lord, they are They misled many people, the verse, and Jesus said: If you punish them, then they are your servants, and if you forgive them, then you are the Mighty, the Wise. So he raised his hands and said: Oh God, my nation, my nation, and he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, cried, and God said: O Gabriel, go to Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. And your Lord knows best, so ask him what makes him cry. Then Gabriel came to him and asked him, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, told him what he said while he was there. I know, so God said: O Gabriel, go to Muhammad, and say to him: We will satisfy you among your nation, and there will be no worse than you.” (Peace Be Upon Him)

میں یونس بن عبد العلا ہوں، اسے ابن وہب نے روایت کیا ہے۔ مجھ سے عمرو بن الحارث نے بیان کیا کہ ان سے بکر بن سوادہ نے عبدالرحمٰن بن جبیر نے عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاصی کی سند سے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے بارے میں اللہ تعالیٰ کا یہ ارشاد پڑھا: اے میرے رب، وہ عیسیٰ علیہ السلام نے کہا تو بہت سے لوگوں کو گمراہ کر رہے ہیں، اگر انہوں نے کہا تو بہت سے لوگوں کو گمراہ کیا۔ آپ کے بندے ہیں اور اگر آپ ان کو معاف کر دیں تو آپ نے اپنے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور کہا: اے اللہ میری قوم، اور وہ اللہ کی دعائیں اور سلام کرے، اور اللہ نے کہا: اے جبرائیل! اسے سلامتی عطا فرما، اس نے جو کچھ کہا وہ مجھے معلوم ہے، آپ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا: اے جبرائیل، محمد کے پاس جاؤ، اور ان سے کہو: ہم آپ کو آپ کی امت میں راضی کریں گے، آپ سے بدتر کوئی نہیں ہوگا۔
