Muhammad bin Ismail bin Ibrahim told us, on the authority of Abu Nu’aym, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Najrani, on the authority of Ibn Umar, He said: “A drunk man was brought to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he hit him and said to him: What did you drink? He said: Wine. He said: What wine? He said: Date wine and raisins. He said: Do not mix them, each one alone is sufficient. (Peace Be Upon Him)
