Hanad bin Al-Sari Al-Kufi reported on the authority of Mulazim bin Amr, and he mentioned a word that means it. Abdullah bin Badr told me, he said: “I went out among people from... My companions were pilgrims until we reached Mecca, so we circumambulated the House for a week, and prayed two rak’ahs behind the shrine, when we saw a man sitting on Zamzam, and he said: Who are you? I said: From the people of the East, from the people of Al-Yamamah. He said: Did you come as pilgrims or Ammar? We said: Pilgrims. He said: So you are You invalidated your Hajj, so I said: I have performed Hajj many times and I used to do this, so I asked who is this, and they said: This is Ibn Abbas, then? We departed from there until we came to Abdullah bin Omar, and we told him what Ibn Abbas had told us, so he said: I remind you of God, as proof. Did you come or Ammar? I said: Pilgrims. He said: The Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Abu Bakr, Omar, and Uthman, all of them performed Hajj. So he did what you did.” (Peace Be Upon Him)

Muhammad ibn Rafi’ al-Naysaburi narrated on the authority of Yahya, who is the son of Adam, who said: Sufyan, who is ibn Uyaynah, narrated to us. He said: Abd al-Rahman narrated to me. Ibn Al-Qasim, on the authority of his father Al-Qasim, on the authority of Aisha, she said: “We went out with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we did not see anything except that it was Hajj,” she said: When he circumambulated the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwah, he said: Whoever has a sacrificial animal with him should perform his ihram, and whoever does not have a sacrificial animal should perform his ihram. Let him be permitted.” (Peace Be Upon Him)

محمد بن رافع النیسابوری نے یحییٰ سے روایت کی ہے جو آدم کے بیٹے ہیں، انہوں نے کہا: ہم سے سفیان ابن عیینہ نے بیان کیا۔ اس نے کہا: مجھ سے عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا۔ ابن القاسم اپنے والد القاسم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نکلے آپ ہم نے حج کے سوا کوئی چیز نہیں دیکھی، انہوں نے کہا: جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کعبہ کا طواف کیا اور صفا و مروہ کے درمیان کیا تو فرمایا: جس نے اپنے جانور کا طواف نہ کیا ہو اسے چاہیے کہ اس کے ساتھ غسل کرے۔ قربانی کا جانور اپنا احرام باندھے۔ اسے اجازت دی جائے۔‘‘

His name is Muslim Al-Araj. A man from Banu Al-Hujaym said to Ibn Abbas: “What is this fatwa that you give to someone who circumambulates the Kaaba? It is lawful.” He said, “The Sunnah of your Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, even if you wish.” (Peace Be Upon Him)

Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He, peace and blessings of God be upon him: Whoever has a sacrificial animal with him, let him perform the Hajj and Umrah, then not perform it until both of them are permitted. So I came to Mecca while I was menstruating. I did not circumambulate the House, nor between Safa and Marwah. I complained about this to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: Leave your hair and comb it. He invited my family to perform Hajj and leave Umrah, so I did so, and when I completed Hajj, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent me with Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr. Al-Siddiq went to Tan'im, so I performed Umrah. He said: This is the place of your Umrah. So those who performed Ihram for Umrah circumambulated the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwah, then They came out, then went around another circumambulation after they had been stoned from Mina for their Hajj, and as for those who combined Hajj and Umrah, they only made one circumambulation.” (Peace Be Upon Him)
