Muhammad bin Abdul-Ala reported, saying: Khaled told us, he said: Hatem told us, on the authority of Simak, on the authority of Abu Salih, he said: When the The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, Mecca. The first house he entered was the house of Umm Hani’. He called for water and drank it, and Umm Hani was on his right. So he gave his surplus to Umm Hani, and Umm Hani drank it, then said: O Messenger of God, by God, I have done a good deed, and by God, I do not know. Whether I am right or not, I drank the bounty of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I was fasting. He said: “A fulfillment of Ramadan or a voluntary one?” I said: O Messenger of God, rather it is voluntary. The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The one who does voluntary has the option, if he wishes, he may fast, and if he wishes, he may break his fast.” He said Abu Abd al-Rahman: This hadith is confusing, and the first is like it. As for the hadith of Urwa, it is mursal and not well-known. As for the hadith of al-Zuhri Which was narrated by Ja`far bin Burqan and Sufyan bin Husayn. They are not strong in Al-Zuhri in particular, and Malik and Ubayd Allah disagreed with them. Ibn Amr and Sufyan Ibn Uyaynah, and these are more reliable and memorized than Sufyan Ibn Husayn and Ja’far Ibn Burqan. As for the hadith of Umm Hani, as there was a difference of opinion regarding Samak bin Harb regarding this matter. Simak bin Harb was not one of those who could be relied upon if he alone delivered the hadith, because he used to accept indoctrination. As for the hadith of Ja`dah, he did not hear it from Umm Hani. He mentioned it, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Umm Hani, and this Abu Salih His name is: Badhan, and it was said: Madham, and he is weak in hadith, and he is the client of Umm Hani, and he is the one from whom Al-Kalbi narrated. He said: Ibn Uyaynah. On the authority of Muhammad ibn Qais, on the authority of Habib ibn Abi Thabit, he said: We used to call Abu Salih Daruzan, which in Persian is a liar, except that Yahya ibn Saeed did not abandon it, and he narrated on the authority of Ismail bin Abi Khaled on his authority, and it was narrated that he said during his illness: Everything I have narrated to you, It is a lie, and Abu Salih, the father of Suhail bin Abi Salih, whose name is Dhakwan, Thiqa Mamun, and as for the hadith of Yahya bin Ayyub, who We mentioned him, because he is not one of those who can be relied upon, and he has nothing but an objectionable hadith. (Peace Be Upon Him)
