602 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثَنَا مُحَاضِرُ بْنُ الْمُوَرِّعِ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا تَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمُؤْمِنِ مَيِّتًا مِثْلُ كَسْرِهِ حَيًّا .

EnglishUnverified translation

Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, he said: Muhadir ibn al-Muwarri' narrated to us, he said: Sa'd ibn Sa'id al-Ansari narrated to us, he said: Amra bint Abd al-Rahman informed me that she heard Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Breaking the bone of the believer dead is like breaking it alive.

محمد بن یحییٰ نے ہم سے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے کہا: محاضر بن المورع نے ہم سے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے کہا: سعد بن سعید الانصاری نے ہم سے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے کہا: مجھے عمرہ بنت عبدالرحمٰن نے خبر دی کہ انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو کہتے سنا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مؤمن کی ہڈی توڑنا مردہ حالت میں اسے زندہ حالت میں توڑنے جیسا ہے۔

[1/212] 603 - حَدَّثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ مِنْ قَتْلَى أُحُدٍ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : أَيُّهُمْ أَكْثَرُ أَخْذًا لِلْقُرْآنِ ؟ فَإِذَا أُشِيرَ لَهُ إِلَى أَحَدِهِمَا قَدَّمَهُ فِي اللَّحْدِ ، وَقَالَ : أَنَا شَهِيدٌ عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ . وَأَمَرَ بِدَفْنِهِمْ بِدِمَائِهِمْ ، وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ، وَلَمْ يُغَسَّلُوا .

EnglishUnverified translation

Bahr ibn Nasr narrated to us, from Shu'ayb ibn al-Layth, from his father, from Ibn Shihab, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ka'b ibn Malik that Jabir ibn Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with them both) informed him that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to gather two men of the slain of Uhud in one garment, then say: Which of them had taken more of the Qur'an? When he was pointed to one of them, he advanced him in the lahd, and said: I am a witness over these on the Day of Resurrection. And he ordered their burial in their blood, and prayer was not performed over them, nor were they washed.

بحر بن نصر نے ہم سے حدیث بیان کی، شعیب بن اللیث سے، ان کے والد سے، ابن شہاب سے، عبدالرحمٰن بن کعب بن مالک سے کہ جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما نے انہیں خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم احد کے شہیدوں میں سے دو آدمیوں کو ایک کپڑے میں جمع کرتے، پھر فرماتے: ان میں سے قرآن زیادہ لینے والا کون ہے؟ پھر جب ان میں سے ایک کی طرف اشارہ کیا جاتا تو اسے لحد میں آگے کرتے، اور فرماتے: میں قیامت کے دن ان پر گواہ ہوں۔ اور انہیں ان کے خون سمیت دفن کرنے کا حکم دیا، اور ان پر نماز نہ پڑھی گئی، اور نہ انہیں غسل دیا گیا۔

604 - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ سَمِعَ نُبَيْحًا الْعَنَزِيَّ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ : أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلَى أُحُدٍ بَعْدَمَا نُقِلُوا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ أَنْ يُرَدُّوا إِلَى مَصَارِعِهِمْ . الْحَدِيثُ لِمَحْمُودٍ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ : عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ .

Ibn al-Muqri and Mahmud ibn Adam narrated to us, they said: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Aswad who heard Nubayh al-Anazi saying: I heard Jabir ibn Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the slain of Uhud, after they had been moved to Madina, to be returned to the places where they fell. The wording of the hadith is that of Mahmud. And Ibn al-Muqri said: From Nubayh, from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him).

605 - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ، قَالَا : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : لَا يَمُوتُ لِمُسْلِمٍ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ فَيَلِجَ النَّارَ إِلَّا تَحِلَّةَ الْقَسَمِ .

Ibn al-Muqri and Abd Allah ibn Hashim narrated to us, they said: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: No three children of a Muslim die and he enters the Fire, except to fulfill the oath (i.e., the verse: there is none of you but will pass over it).
