al-Mughirah ibn Sabil from Adi ibn Hatim. 244 - Ali ibn Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, Asim ibn Ali narrated, Qays ibn al-Rabi narrated, Said ibn Masruq narrated, from al-Mughirah ibn Sabil, he said: Amr ibn Hurayth proposed to Adi ibn Hatim for his daughter, and he said: I shall not marry you except on my terms. He said: Your terms are yours. He said: She is not better than the daughters of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. So he married her to him on the obligatory dowry.

مغیرہ بن سبیل عدی بن حاتم سے۔ 244 - ہم سے علی بن عبدالعزیز نے بیان کیا، ہم سے عاصم بن علی نے بیان کیا، ہم سے قیس بن ربیع نے بیان کیا، ہم سے سعید بن مسروق نے بیان کیا، مغیرہ بن سبیل سے، انہوں نے کہا: عمرو بن حریث نے عدی بن حاتم سے ان کی بیٹی کا پیغام بھیجا تو انہوں نے کہا: میں تم سے شادی نہ کروں گا مگر اپنی شرط پر۔ انہوں نے کہا: آپ کی شرط آپ کی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا: وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیٹیوں سے بہتر نہیں ہیں۔ پس انہوں نے اس کی شادی مقررہ مہر پر کر دی۔
