حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَتَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَنَاخَ بَدَنَتَهُ بِمِنًى لِيَنْحَرَهَا، فَقَالَ: ابْعَثْهَا قِيَامًا مُقَيَّدَةً، سُنَّةُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" ، هَذَا حَدِيثُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ"

** Narrated to us Muhammad ibn Bashshar, narrated to us 'Abd al-A'la, narrated to us Yunus. And narrated to us al-San'ani, narrated to us Yazid ibn Zuray', narrated to us Yunus. And narrated to us Ziyad ibn Ayyub, narrated to us Isma'il—meaning ibn 'Ulayyah—narrated to us Yunus ibn 'Ubayd. And narrated to us al-Dawraqi and Muhammad ibn Hisham, who both said: narrated to us Hushaym, informed us Yunus, informed me Ziyad ibn Jubayr, who said: I saw Ibn 'Umar approach a man who had made his camel kneel in Mina to slaughter it. So Ibn 'Umar said: "Send it standing, tied up. This is the Sunnah of Muhammad (ﷺ)." This is the narration of Ziyad ibn Ayyub.

جناب زیاد بن جبیر بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو دیکھا کہ وہ ایک شخص کے پاس آئے جس نے منیٰ میں اپنی قربانی کے اونٹ کو نحر کرنے کے لئے بٹھایا ہوا تھا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے اُٹھا کر کھڑا کرو اور سنّتِ محمدی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے مطابق ایک ٹانگ باندھ کرنحر کرو۔ یہ روایت جناب زیاد بن ایوب کی ہے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ: وَنَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ سَبْعَ بَدَنَاتٍ قِيَامًا" ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: خَبَرُ أَنَسٍ مِنَ الْجِنْسِ الَّذِي أَعْلَمْتُ فِي غَيْرِ مَوْضِعٍ مِنْ كُتُبِنَا فِي ذِكْرِ الْعَدَدِ الَّذِي لا يَكُونُ نَفْيًا عَمَّا زَادَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الْعَدَدِ، وَلَيْسَ فِي قَوْلِ أَنَسٍ: نَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ سَبْعَ بَدَنَاتٍ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَنْحَرْ بِيَدِهِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ سَبْعِ بَدَنَاتٍ، لأَنَّ جَابِرًا قَدْ أَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ نَحَرَ بِيَدِهِ ثَلاثَةً وَسِتِّينَ مِنْ بُدْنِهِ"

Narrated to us 'Ali ibn Shu'ayb, narrated to us Ahmad ibn Ishaq, narrated to us Wahb, narrated to us Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qilabah, on the authority of Anas (RA), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) slaughtered seven camels with his own hand while standing." Abu Bakr (RA) said: "The narration of Anas (RA) is of the type which I have mentioned in other places in our books regarding the mention of a number which does not negate what is beyond that number. The statement of Anas (RA), 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) slaughtered seven camels with his own hand,' does not mean that he did not slaughter more than seven camels with his own hand, for Jabir (RA) has informed us that he slaughtered sixty-three of his camels with his own hand." **CHAPTER:**
