نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَخْطُبُ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ، وَكَانَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمَا بِجُلُوسٍ"""

Narrated to us Muhammad bin Abdul-Ala al-San’ani, narrated to us Bishr bin al-Mufaddal, narrated to us Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Abdullah, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, narrated to us May God bless him and grant him peace, he would “deliver two sermons while standing, and he would separate them by sitting.”
