أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَلْيَسْتَنْثِرْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنِ اسْتَجْمَرَ فَلْيُوتِرْ .

English

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever performs Wudu' then let him sniff water in the nose and blow it out, and whoever uses small stones (to remove filth) then make it odd (numbered).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو وضو کرے تو اسے چاہیئے کہ ناک جھاڑے، اور جو استنجاء میں پتھر استعمال کرے تو اسے چاہیئے کہ طاق استعمال کرے ۔

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَاسْتَنْثِرْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِذَا اسْتَجْمَرْتَ فَأَوْتِرْ .

English

It was narrated from Salamah bin Qais that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When you perform Wudu', sniff water in your nose and blow it out, and when you use small stones (to remove filth), then make it off (numbered).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب وضو کرو تو ناک جھاڑو، اور جب ڈھیلے سے استنجاء کرو تو طاق ڈھیلا استعمال کرو ۔
