بَابٌ

30 hadiths

(1) CHAPTER. The sin of the person who ascribes partners in worship to Allah, and his punishment in this world and in the Hereafter.

اللہ تعالیٰ نے سورۃ لقمان میں فرمایا

بَابُ قالَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی

(2) CHAPTER. The legal regulation concerning AI-Murtad and Al-Murtaddah [male and female who reverts from Islam (apostates)].

مرتد مرد اور مرتد عورت کا حکم ۔

بَابُ حُكْمِ المُرْتَدِّ وَالمُرْتَدَّةِ وَاسْتِتَابَتِهِمْ

(3) CHAPTER. Killing those who refuse to fulfil the duties enjoined by Allah, and considering them as apostates.

جو شخص اسلام کے فرض ادا کرنے سے انکار کرے اور جو شخص مرتد ہو جائے اس کا قتل کرنا

بَابُ قَتْلِ مَنْ أَبَى قَبُولَ الفَرَائِضِ، وَمَا نُسِبُوا إِلَى الرِّدَّةِ

(4) CHAPTER. If a Dhimmi or somebody else abuses the Prophet by playing upon words but not frankly, e.g., by saying, As-Samu Alaika.

اگر ذمی کافر یا کوئی اور اشارے کنائے میں آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو برا کہے جیسے یہود آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں ( السلامعلیکم کے بدلے ) السام علیک کہا کرتے تھے ۔

بَابُ إِذَا عَرَّضَ الذِّمِّيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ بِسَبِّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَلَمْ يُصَرِّحْ، نَحْوَ قَوْلِهِ: السَّامُ عَلَيْكَ

(6) CHAPTER. Killing Al-Khawarij (some people who dissented from the religion and disagreed with the rest of Muslims), and Al-Mullhidun (heretical) after the establishment of firm proof against them.

خارجیوں اور بے دینوں سے ان پر دلیل قائم کر کے لڑنا

بَابُ قَتْلِ الخَوَارِجِ وَالمُلْحِدِينَ بَعْدَ إِقَامَةِ الحُجَّةِ عَلَيْهِمْ

(7) CHAPTER. Whoever gave up fighting against Al-Khawarij in order to create intimacy and so that people might not take an aversion to him.

دل ملانے کے لیے کسی مصلحت سے کہ لوگوں میں نفرت نہ پیدا ہوخارجیوں کو نہ قتل کرنا

بَابُ مَنْ تَرَكَ قِتَالَ الخَوَارِجِ لِلتَّأَلُّفِ، وَأَنْ لاَ يَنْفِرَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ

(8) CHAPTER. The Statement of Prophet “The Hour will not be established till two (huge) groups fight against each other, their claim being one and the same.”

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد کہ قیامت اس وقت تک قائم نہیں ہو گی جب تک دو ایسی جماعتیں آپس میں جنگ نہ کر لیں جن کا دعویٰ ایک ہی ہوگا

بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: «لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَقْتَتِلَ فِئَتَانِ، دَعْوَتُهُمَا وَاحِدَةٌ»

(9) CHAPTER. Who is said about Al-Mutaawwalun (those who from wrong opinions about their Muslim brothers).
