(1b) CHAPTER. Whoever things that giving water in charity, or as a gift or by way of a testament is permissible, whether it is divided or not.

بَابٌ فِي الشُّرْبِ

(2) CHAPTER. Whoever said, The owner of the water has the right to drink till he is satisfied, as a Prophet said, Superfluous water should not be withheld from others.

اس کے بارے میں جس نے کہا کہ پانی کا مالک پانی کا زیادہ حقدار ہے

بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ: إِنَّ صَاحِبَ المَاءِ أَحَقُّ بِالْمَاءِ

(3) CHAPTER. If one digs a well in his own land and somebody falls in it and dies, and owner is not reponsible.

جس نے اپنی ملک میں کوئی کنواں کھودا ، اس میں کوئی گر کر مر جائے تو اس پر تاوان نہ ہوگا

بَابُ مَنْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا فِي مِلْكِهِ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ

(4) CHAPTER. Disputes and controversies about wells and the settlement of such disputes and contraversies.

کنویں کے بارے میں جھگڑنا اور اس کا فیصلہ

بَابُ الخُصُومَةِ فِي البِئْرِ وَالقَضَاءِ فِيهَا

(5) CHAPTER. The sin of him who withholds water from wayfarer and travellers.

اس شخص کا گناہ جس نے کسی مسافر کو پانی سے روک دیا

بَابُ إِثْمِ مَنْ مَنَعَ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ مِنَ المَاءِ

(6) CHAPTER. The dams of rivers.

نہر کا پانی روکنا

بَابُ سَكْرِ الأَنْهَارِ

(7) CHAPTER. The land near the source of water has the right to be irrigated before the one that is farther.

جس کا کھیت بلندی پر ہو پہلے وہ اپنے کھیتوں کو پانی پلائے

بَابُ شُرْبِ الأَعْلَى قَبْلَ الأَسْفَلِ

(8) CHAPTER. The land nearer to the source of water has the right to be covered with water up to the ankles.

بلند کھیت والا ٹخنوں تک پانی بھر لے

بَابُ شِرْبِ الأَعْلَى إِلَى الكَعْبَيْنِ

(9) CHAPTER. The superiority of providing water (to those who need it) .

(10) CHAPTER. Whoever thinks that the owner of a tank, or a leather water-containe has a more.

جن کے نزدیک حوض والا اور مشک کا مالک ہی اپنے پانی کا زیادہ حقدار ہے

بَابُ مَنْ رَأَى أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الحَوْضِ وَالقِرْبَةِ أَحَقُّ بِمَائِهِ

(11) CHAPTER. No Hima (private pasture) except according to what Allah and His Messenger did.

اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے سوا کوئی اور چراگاہ محفوظ نہیں کرسکتا

بَابٌ: لاَ حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ ﷺ

(12) CHAPTER. Drinking water by people and watering animals from the rivers.

نہروں میں سے آدمی اور جانور سب پانی پی سکتے ہیں

باغ میں سے گزرنے کا حق یا کھجور کے درختوں میں پانی پلانے کا حصہ

بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ مَمَرٌّ أَوْ شِرْبٌ فِي حَائِطٍ أَوْ فِي نَخْلٍ
