(1) CHAPTER. A partner can deputize for another while distributing things etc.

تقسیم وغیرہ کے کام میں ایک ساجھی کا اپنے دوسرے ساجھی کو وکیل بنا دینا

بَابُ وَكَالَةِ الشَّرِيكِ الشَّرِيكَ فِي القِسْمَةِ وَغَيْرِهَا

(2) CHAPTER. If a Muslim deputizes a non-Muslim warrior in the country infidelity in a Muslim state, the contract is valid.

اگر کوئی مسلمان دار الحرب یا دار الاسلام میں کسی حربی کافر کو اپنا وکیل بنائے تو جائز ہے

بَابُ إِذَا وَكَّلَ المُسْلِمُ حَرْبِيًّا فِي دَارِ الحَرْبِ، أَوْ فِي دَارِ الإِسْلاَمِ جَازَ

(3) CHAPTER. To deputize one in exchanging money and weighing goods.

(4) CHAPTER. If a shepherd or a deputy saw dying sheep or something which is going to be spoiled, he is allowed to slaughter the sheep and save the thing liable to be spoiled.

چرانے والے نے یا کسی وکیل نے کسی بکری کو مرتے ہوئے یا کسی چیز کو خراب ہوتے دیکھ کر ( بکری کو ) ذبح کر دیا یا جس چیز کے خراب ہو جانے کے ڈر تھا اسے ٹھیک کر دیا ، اس بارے میں کیا حکم ہے ؟

بَابُ إِذَا أَبْصَرَ الرَّاعِي أَوِ الوَكِيلُ شَاةً تَمُوتُ، أَوْ شَيْئًا يَفْسُدُ، ذَبَحَ وَأَصْلَحَ مَا يَخَافُ عَلَيْهِ الفَسَادَ

(5) CHAPTER. It is permissible to depute a person whether he is present or absent.

حاضر اور غائب دونوں کو وکیل بنانا جائز ہے

بَابٌ: وَكَالَةُ الشَّاهِدِ وَالغَائِبِ جَائِزَةٌ

(6) CHAPTER. To depute a person to repay debts.

قرض ادا کرنے کے لیے کسی کو وکیل کرنا

(7) CHAPTER. It is a permissible for one to give a gift to a deputy (of some people) or to their intercessor.

اگر کوئی چیز کسی قوم کے وکیل یا سفارشی کو ہبہ کی جائے تو درست ہے

بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ شَيْئًا لِوَكِيلٍ أَوْ شَفِيعِ قَوْمٍ جَازَ

(8) CHAPTER. If someone deputes a person to give something but does not mention how much to give, it is permissible for the deputy to distribute it amongst the people according to the conventional custom.

ایک شخص نے کسی دوسرے شخص کو کچھ دینے کے لیے وکیل کیا ، لیکن یہ نہیں بتایا کہ وہ کتنا دے ، اور وکیل نے لوگوں کے جانے ہوئے دستور کے مطابق دے دیا

بَابُ إِذَا وَكَّلَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا أَنْ يُعْطِيَ شَيْئًا، وَلَمْ يُبَيِّنْ كَمْ يُعْطِي، فَأَعْطَى عَلَى مَا يَتَعَارَفُهُ النَّاسُ

(9) CHAPTER. A woman can depute the ruler in the matter of marriage.

کسی عورت کا اپنا نکاح کرنے کے لیے بادشاہ کو وکیل بنانا

بَابُ وَكَالَةِ المَرْأَةِ الإِمَامَ فِي النِّكَاحِ

(10) CHAPTER. If a person deputes somebody, and the deputy leaves something, and the owner agrees that, then it is allowed, and the deputy lends something of what is in his custody, for a specific time, it is permissible (if the owner agrees).

کسی نے ایک شخص کو وکیل بنایا پھر وکیل نے ( معاملہ میں ) کوئی چیز ( خود اپنی رائے سے ) چھوڑ دی

بَابُ إِذَا وَكَّلَ رَجُلًا، فَتَرَكَ الوَكِيلُ شَيْئًا

(11) CHAPTER. If a deputy sells something (in an illegal manner), the transaction is invalid.

اگر وکیل کوئی ایسی بیع کرے جو فاسد ہو تو وہ بیع واپس کی جائے گی

بَابٌ: إِذَا بَاعَ الوَكِيلُ شَيْئًا فَاسِدًا، فَبَيْعُهُ مَرْدُودٌ

(12) CHAPTER. The deputyship for managing the Waqf (religious endowment) and the expenses of the trustee. The trustee can provide his friends and can eat from it reasonably (according to his work).

وقف کے مال میں وکالت اور وکیل کاخرچہ اور وکیل کا اپنے دوست کو کھلانا اور خود بھی دستور کے موافق کھانا

بَابُ الوَكَالَةِ فِي الوَقْفِ وَنَفَقَتِهِ، وَأَنْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا لَهُ وَيَأْكُلَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ

(13) CHAPTER. To depute a person to carry out a (legal) Allah's ordained punishment.

حد لگانے کے لیے کسی کو وکیل کرنا

(14) CHAPTER. To depute someone to sacrifice Budn (camels for sacrifice) and to look after them.

قربانی کے اونٹوں میں وکالت اور ان کا نگرانی کرنے میں

بَابُ الوَكَالَةِ فِي البُدْنِ وَتَعَاهُدِهَا

(15) CHAPTER. If a person tells his deputy, Spend it as Allah directs you, and the deputy says, I have heard what you have said.

اگر کسی نے اپنے وکیل سے کہا کہ جہاں مناسب جانو اسے خرچ کرو ، اور وکیل نے کہا کہ جو کچھ تم نے کہا ہے میں نے سن لیا

بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِوَكِيلِهِ: ضَعْهُ حَيْثُ أَرَاكَ اللَّهُ، وَقَالَ الوَكِيلُ: قَدْ سَمِعْتُ مَا قُلْتَ

(16) CHAPTER. To depute a trustworthy treasurer for the treasury and similar things.
